Silicon Valley Estate is literally like someone else wrote in their review, a barracks. Just think of those completely dilapidated police barracks all over Nigeria, and imagine what they were a few decades back while transitioning to their current state.Although the roads leading to this estate are absolutely horrible, but once you reach the estate itself, you start to believe its not that bad...till you climb up the stairs. The stench of dampness from the wetness on the walls, the poorly placed water purifiers which hardly do anything to improve the water purity. I couldnt spend more than 5 minutes in the apartment, and I feel really bad for people who have to live there for months or years.

Good road network but bad roads. The environment is okay. Not easy to access

Only advantage is, its quite close to Victoria Island if thats where your office is. Other than that, its a glorified barracks. Jam packed like sardines.

Monstrous apartment building housing of Market road lekki.Just opposite is 2 other similar apartment of similar size.Felt more like a hostel if you know what I mean.

Link roads are terribly bumpy, and waste disposal isnt efficient as the environ was smelling. Nice buildings, and set up, a stone throw from the beach thereby quite a distance to the main road, also fairly secured.

The estate is a huge single multi-story structure. Nice parking space on the inside. The access road isnt quite good tho.

This place is mainly residential. It is situated at Lekki off Alpha beach road. The road need attention

Accommodation/Lodging, quiet atmosphere, neat environment, access roads, not too far from Alpha Beach. Rooms are pretty small though.

Housing estate

Damaged access roads filled with gullies which are crowded with people visiting the mini-open markets along the sides of the roads. Patience is required.
