A really quiet&calm residential estate with decent enough roads. Doesnt flood. Secured. The downside is that you cant buy Little everyday things inside the estate, you will need to go outside to get them

A very serene and secure estate in Okeira-Nla area, off the Ajah-Addo Road in Lekki.The estate never gets flooded because it is built on highland, property ownership is never contested and there are no land grabbers (omonile) coming through there because the estate itself is basically owned by a former Lagos Governor and his friends, so it is very well documented.A lot of residents in the estate are former Total staff who acquired lands there through their cooperative society a decade ago, and they try to make the community as sociable and organized as the Total residential estates are.Your first point of call on moving into the estate is the Estate Security Gate House/ Admin Office. Here you will meet with the Estate Manager, who will welcome you and give you immediate information you need to know about the estate.The Manager will also give you a copy of a guide book and the Resident’s Information Form. All Residents are to complete and submit the Resident’s Information Form.The estate is strictly residential. No business or commercial activity may be carried out in the estate if not originally captured in the originally approved Estate Design and Layout.An annual Service Charge is paid for Services within the estate such as Security, Refuse Evacuation, Cleaning of common areas, Fumigation, and Gardening of common areas,Generator Maintenance (for general use sets), etc.The service charge is determined on a yearly basis by the estate management and communicated to residents. For this year, it is N90,000.00 (Ninety Thousand Naira Only) and payable as a lump sum before parking in for new Residents. Serene ambience, clean environment. Most of the roads are paved, and housing is moderately priced. The estate is very secure, and has a good network of roads leading to it. Very vibrant and active Estate Association too.

There is much to write about, approaching from ajah was smooth until oke-ira... After is good Homes Estate.... A brick label design could be seen before turning into Aina jakande Street where good Homes Estate is at the end of the street.

Nice estate with good road extension and very good electricity power they got there, there is always light the the estate uses his own transformer so the electricity current is always very full on like the one outside the estate and it so peaceful inside the estate clean and very cozy, my only challenge are the security at the estate gate hmm it a whole mess, i really hope the estate management can do better on lecturing the security men at the gate on how to attend to people coming into the estate because those security men if they continue like that, they will keep receiving slaps from visitor like the last time.
