Is cool but it raining day I visit

Great place. Homely environment and ideal to live in. Access road is pretty bad. Developers/estate management is quite greedy and seems to think they are doing the homeowners a favour. I find this very strange as one would expect theyd understand they they are there to serve the home owners.

Lovely, serene, family oriented estate mostly inhabited by young families. Great place to live as it is children friendly and everyone is one big family!

24/7 energy light, good environment for families to grow children, no color or smelling water , have good super market and pharmaceutical shop,calm environment, good quality security, good environment to exercise like jogging ,taking a walk and running, etc bad side is it is very expensive, far from market , far from Catholic Church, main road I.e orchid road is flooded when rain comes .But I like it though 😘

This estate is quiet and very picturesque. Children ride their bikes unsupervised and there seems to be an air of calm in the estate.However, the security isnt airtight, a couple of times guests have just driven into the estate without proper vetting.Theres a plethora of abandoned and rundown buildings in the estate.The estate likes to boast of 24 hour light, that unfortunately is far from the truth. I think what makes it worse is the client services department is terrible.There have been several times where power goes out and the client services either switch off their phones or dont pick up their phones.I honestly wouldnt recommend moving here without a generator.
