Not bad, spacious apartments. Parking available for residents, could be cleaner (the common spaces) and the sports area too.

The map keeps redirecting me towards white sand school, not until I got to Mercedes road. Many drivers will be misled

It is a really peaceful place with a couple of Apartments in a block . Most of the house have a view of the major road. It has easy access to transport and has a swimming pool in the premises.

Properly spaced, condominium design, fully occupied and neat.Security is also great.I was here to visit a friend and it was as expected considering where it sits close to Freedom Way.There is usually incoming traffic in this area.

Estate is beside GTBank Centralized Processing Unit (CPC) and Mercedes. Its a mini estate with good accessible road, water, good security and its situated at Ikate - Lekki. Structures are beautifully designed with similar pattern and residents are mainly young or middle age working class.
