North Point Estate is a serene estate located in Lekki area along Chevron drive. The buildings have similar architectural design and well-planned out. A central management authority takes care of the needs of the estate like waste management, constant water ...There are recreational facilities in the estate.

Its location is good and just nicely accessible when connecting to the Lekki Epe Expressway. A serene environment with a play area for children. However, the church opposite the estate would always be a source of noise to some houses.

Ive only been there once but believe me I liked what I saw

North Point Estate, offers an incredible balance of culture and diversity, within a picturesque community. There are recreational centers within and outside the estate.

Home away from home

Lovely cozy estate towards the end of chevron drive in Lekki. Visited with a friend briefly and had a meeting with friends by the poolside. Noteworthy is the drainage system in the estate as Lekki is prone to some flooding. Short distance from Ebeano supermarket for your regular supplies also.

The NorthPointe is a small estate with a decent apartments, landscape and parking. The security guards at the entrance are polite. One thing that goes very well for NorthPointe is the clean and serene environment. It is also very quiet.The down side is that power and the constant issues with the generators. The quality of clean water is fair like most estates in Eti-Osa. The water treatment plant cannot deliver clean drinking water. The swimming pool and gym are poorly managed, so many time the pool is not operational and the gym equipments are deteriorating with no replacement.Fiber optic internet service from ipNX is connected to the estate, so you can subscribe for very fast data.By and large it is a good place to live in. I give them a 4 🌟.
