This is a well secured estate. Nicely located. However, a little work and proper drainage is needed on the road leading to this place.

Theres more attention on security than quality living, within the estate. The recreational centre (or whatever its called) should be rehabilitated and reactivated asap. It will enhance the social life and fun for the residents. Ill also like to suggest that a mini shopping centre be built within the estate.

The flood always get me worried about this estate.

Front gate is flooded in the rainy seasons, then again, water issues in my friends apartment. After he moved in, found out water wasnt flowing in the rooms upstairs. Apart from that, everything else is cool.

The only estate I know of with no estate management facility. No constant light, water, sewage and drainage problems. But hey, you get what you pay for

Alot of lekki gardens! Depends in which! All other lekki gardens are cool but phase 2 ajah has a lot to be fixed.

Lekki Garden remains one of the best residential estate in this Ajah axis’s.

Not what I was expecting. I dare say I was disappointed. I expected much in terms of the drainage systems - the roads were flooded which is amount to bad planning in my book. Apart from that the plumbing of some of the flats were not something to celebrate because you can see leakages on the wall. 💔 The engineers that that handled them should be flogged with koboko (google it).
