Probably the best place to get to the South South with. Cheap and everyone trusts it. So that has to count for something, I guess.

The waiting room for passengers is okay and wait time for buses to get filled up typically depends on the time of the day and destination. Most travellers prefer morning journeys.

The place is always rowdy and half the time you are there you would need to be concerned about the security of your luggage. The guys loading too, watch out for them. The could be irritated easily for little or no reason.

I have used this company to send goods to Benin, PH and Bayelsa and each time the delivery was timely. The offices are particularly not conducive, often loud by the people around. No parking space if you get their with your car. I gave a four star simply because of their timely delivery of goods which is my only need of them😊

A nice park to travel to the east.

Used to be one of the best but fast loosing that position due to uncontrolled, disturbing and inconvenient loading of parcels.. Delays in delivering these parcels sometimes while people wait in the bus and this happens very frequently.Taking a longer route because there is parcel to deliver to someone there while delaying peoples time..Got to their park at 7am recently because I had a wedding to attend at Sapele by 2pm. But the bus moved at almost 11:30am I begged them to give me half of my money since it was obvious I wont meet up but they refused.I had to travel down to meet empty seats..

I am surprised with the people giving positive comments about Agofure. They give mediocre service. Their buses carry twice more luggage together with passengers. I have on two different occasions encountered driver dosing off on the wheel, the other had hearing issues as confirmed by the customer service representative I complained to. The Day God is good Will open a park closer to ojota, I will happily bid good bye to this transport company. I only use them when an alternative is not in close proximity.If you want to know the level of mediocrity, check for their company website or try calling the number displayed as contact number. You will hit a brick wall, its the first open show of the service to expect.

It used to be a good transport service, but I fear it is losing its high standards. They have renovated their ojota park to look better, but there are some buses that are problematic. Like the bus I took from Lagos to Delta, we has to hold the door all through the journey to prevent it from opening. Then we realized that the company rations fuel to them, such that, when we hit traffic in Benin and Warri which made us get to PTI around 12am, almost all drivers refused to go to ughelli because they no longer had fuel in their vehicles and all the Agofure stations were closed. So it seems Agofure management estimates how much fuel will get them to their destination. Anything beyond that, then they are stranded if there is no open Agofure filling station.

This logistic company doesnt use POS.If youre travelling or need to courier items, its best to go with cash as you might be forced to use the first bank POS merchant stationed beside the park. They charge 100naira and the bank will also charge 100naira, making a total of 200naira. If you dont mind the charge then feel free to use their POS, but if you do, use an ATM before going there.
