The Driver keeps carrying strangers on the road to Abuja, bus spoilt at Kogi inside bush around 7:30pm.Spent 16 hours on the road from Lagos to Abuja. In short, if you love yourself you know what to do.

The place is disorganized. If one is not careful one might get confused and fall in the hand of fraudsters as there is no means if identification for staffs. They could do better in greating a better structure and also work on their customer care service. They need to improve heavily on their logistics as their method of approach and customer services is quiet questionable. Resolution of issues need to be prompt and professional.

I went here to collect a package sent to me from Minna. The customer service from the staff is average. When going to receive a package, kindly go with your ID card and waybill number and make sure youve gotten a text message that your package has arrived so as not to spend a long time or waste time here. You can use their logistics services to deliver packages as small as an envelope and as big as a travelling bag to the major cities in Nigeria and their delivery services are not so expensive. For example, the delivery of an indomie carton of products cost only #1800 from Minna. My experience here was average but Im glad about the service they offered.

Left Lagos for Ebonyi by 8am,just know that they will use customers loads to inconvenience you.The driver was nice.

Very poor services and consideration for customers welfare. They are not sincere. I boarded a vehicle from Lagos to Uyo and the vehicle got to Onitsha and parked at the motor park there and trans-loaded into another bus who upon Meandering to Abia by 9PM decided we must sleepover at the Abia state park. When we booked the vehicle from the Lagos terminal we were given an assurance of getting to Uyo and we finally had to sleep on the roads with the other customers complaining that this act had become a habit for Peace Mass Transit. I wouldnt recommend this Park to anyone I love or hate

The convenience was very clean.

These guys are good at their stuff, but their new method of data entry system is extremely slow. I had to wait for them to enter the data onto the computer and wait for them to print the information.Theres ample parking lot for everyone, so you dont have to worry about where to park your car when you get there.

I have a package sent to me from peace mass transit company at Jibowu. The item was sent on 9th Dec. 2020. But till today, i have not received it. I use to be a very good customer at peace mass transit company. But their courier service is not encouraging at all. Very slow. Pls i am writing this because i believe their staffs will see it. Pls something needs to be done about their courier service. I have never gotten any text message from peace mass transit company about my available waybilled items. But they always say they do send message. I wonder if my line is prohibited from receiving peace mass messages

Swift, affordable and well documented service. After my first visit, I returned for a second visit because the service was great. What more, good customer service experience. The front desk clerks are responsive and attend to you in a matter of minutes. You wont have to wait too long or in a tiring queue.

The staff are terrible time wasters. Very nonchalant and uninterested in doing any job besides chatting with themselves while customers beg and beg to be attended to. Also, following up on items delivered to states which required a stop or two, is almost impossible.

Nothing spectacular. Theres a waiting room, a convenience room and the cashiers accept cash it POS payments. Some days cashiers may be surly, other days cheerful. Wish they were always cheerful. You can count on the order and timeliness to their services. There should be a public address system in the lobby cos its always noisy when passengers arrive and you want to be able to hear as the cashiers call out your name when your ticket is ready. I think theres a PAS, bit they either dont use it or its bad.

Very terrible people. Zero respect and manners for customers. I would say touts. I was almost beaten in their PH terminal on 12th of October 2019. Bought a ticket from PH to Onitsha at 7:45am. They didnt have Onitsha buses available which they didnt communicate instead issued me ticket. Then kept pushing me from Lagos bus to Ibadan bus which never got filled up. I got tired of waiting and went to the ticketing office at 10am to ask for a refund of money to board another transport. And I got the shock of my life. I was been pushed from side to side, almost beaten up. I was all in tears, left and vowed never to have anything to do with them. I wish i could give a zero star.PLEASE FLEE FROM PEACE MASS TRANSIT

Peace mass transit is one of the good transport companies in Nigeria plying a lot of the local routes. Their services are comparable with GUO and Good is Good motors.

Has limited number of buses and space. Open daily but close around 6pm. If you have to travel to a long distance from Lagos, youve got to come out early enough, say latest 7:30am
