No receipt of payment, and the security was the one having the sim cards which was supposed to be issued at a desk with cash receipt,... He was even confused on the price of purchasing a sim card which I believe there should be a fixed price for it

Really Teched-up. They fix any and everything wrong with your MTN sim.Theres usually a crowd here but you things are are snappy as possible.Parking space is also limited so you might have to use the road paid parking. (Thats usually a problem)
