I’m really not impressed at all. So I called the number listed for Enquiries, straight 3 times and none was answered. I got a message 1 minute later to send sms and I did. 30minutes later I sent the second sms complaining of poor customer service and immediately the same number called back asking why I have to call him a customer care.He went ahead to say Glo customer service is 121 and not his number.Why is the outlet listing his number when he can’t properly attend to customer who call to make enquires.If the outlet doesn’t attend to call it should be well stated or remove the number entirely.
The environment generally is serene. Secure and the security is friendly and does his job well.The Glo staffs were also calm and attended to all customers professionally.Everyone had to follow all Covid -19 protocols before going in. All In all, I achieved all that I went for. Cheers!

Terrible network, terrible customer service, the one at Fadeyi even shouted on me on the phone while I was trying to make enquires. Please if you can do without the network. Dump them. At least if their network is bad, the customer service should be ok. I hope I never have any reason to walk into any of your outlets again.
Spent an unusual long hour waiting, due to covid-19, they attend to people in batches.
Most outlets no longer have the 4G sim. This place is even kind of not easily located unless youre walking. No security on sight till you enter. No wheelchair accessible entrance as the customer care is upstairs as usual in most of their other outlets. Staffs sometimes treat you as if theyre doing a great favour by responding to queries or solving issues as if I didnt pay for it. They need upgrade in addressing customers anyway.
Poor Customer Service. Been going for ages to retrieve my line, all they kept on saying is No network. I wonder how a network service provider dont have network. This is my first time of rating any where one start on Google Map.

The staffs were polite, but sometimes when the closing hours are approaching they do tend not to attend to customers. And some of Globacom staff hardly know everything about Globacom products...

I visited this office twice or three times every week from July to November 2020 to try and retrieve my lost glo line. The story was ALWAYS that there is no network to process my request. I would wait and wait to no avail. I have abandoned the line now.
Theyre doing fantastic on advertisement but needs to improve on their network.Its network needs all attention cos they are perceived as network saviour for Nigerians.

Very bad customer service. You have to wait on an existing queue before anybody even attends to. And then, when you are asked of what you want to do. You are told to go and do photocopy of your ID Card on the next street like 5mins walking distance (10mins to and fro). Things need to change asap

The customer care representative took a while before attending to me. She looked overworked and worn out as she seem to be the only CSR attending to customers. I was eventually attending to I was forced to buy N1000 Naira of recharge airtime. I wanted to upgrade my to 4G and a nano SIM card. The CSR failed to give me a nano SIM card for my iPhone.Overall, I was not impressed with the service rendered. I cant see myself going back to the Glo world anytime soon.
