It is located at Marina, Logos Island. The customer service agents are was very welcoming and efficient. You are attended to promptly and efficiently. The location is easily accessible and identifiable too.

I lost my phone and had to retrieve my sim. Literally had to fo there 3 times to get it done, perhaps due to the fact that I needed to get a sworn affidavit, valid means of ID and passport photographs.All in all, I left happy. The lady who attended to me went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied. 👍

9Mobile is the former Etisalat. This is their experience centre on the Marina. It is located at the NIPOST General Post Office building directly opposite the Marina Bus Stop. The provides customer care services and help to resolve telephony issues. Their staff are actually smart and cordial and I got to resolve my challenge pretty quickly. There is usually a wait here because you need to fill a form and wait to be directed to the appropriate desk.♿wheelchairs cannot access the entrace due to the steep steps but a ramp can be placed during opening hours.

This experience center is just as it is called, my experience there was intriguing. Great amount of my time was saved as I didnt spend up to 10mins resolving my issue. The customer service and welcoming was superb. The interior and setting of the place is world standard, its also a good place to bring children and aged. A staff is on standby to print your queue ticket as soon as he/she hears you out to ensure they can resolve your case right there and then. Then, you are directed to the waiting area, well set up for your comfortability where the next queue ticket number and the available cubicle will be announced over a loud speaker, and your issue is solved without wasting time. The team work among the staffers was another aspect I love about my experience here. I recommend this center for everyone.
