Thanks to the novel coronavirus, covid-19, this mtn customer service center is now a spot for wasting ones day. you could get there early and leave very late... the numbering system for customers who require attention seems straightforward and equally weird as you just find people going in and out; youre never sure if it will ever be your turn!!well, the good thing is if youre able to find your way inside... you better not forget to fix anything on your mtn line and phone that were meant to be fixed because a second chance will equally be herculean!staff are professional and helpful, nevertheless...

Worst service centre Ive ever been to in my whole life. To configure eSIM on my phone has turned to a journey of a thousand miles; Ive been here twice and still not fully set up. Came here the third time to meet crowd at the gate and I had to turn back.Only come here if you dont have anything to do for at least, 2 hours. 2 hours is the average time Ive spent here per visit.The workers deserve a better setup because they were so diligent that I could tell that the unnecessary hiccups were borne by the management.

MTN Ibadan Office, was actually there to have a SIM swap yesterday, and the service I got was to notch, the rep that attended to me was really friendly and courteous. I got attended to adequately and am completely satisfied with the level and standard of service I received. Thumbs up MTN

Nice except for the waiting time. Bad work culture. Distractions here and there causing slow progression of queue. No one should use more than 15-20min in that office but I ended up using about 90min or more
