After waiting nearly an hour for my Chicken Sandwhich I was presented with this. Truly, maybe it’s my fault for not specifying the stage of development I wanted my chicken.I said to the waitress that brought my order: “This is a club sandwhich, right?”“Yes” she nodded affirmatively.“I asked for a chicken sandwich.”“Oh, let me go and ask Sir.”She came back a few minutes later to tell me;“It’s chicken sir.”I opened up the sandwich and asked her to point to the chicken. Her lips trembled as she tried to hold back a smile. I couldn’t see any chicken, neither could she. She went back to the kitchen for support and the original waiter that took my order came to explain to me that;“The chicken is shredded and mixed with the lettuce and mayonnaise sir, that’s why it’s hard to see.”I know Buhari is our President but what in the 1984 doublespeak is this?I beg you, zoom into that photo and show me where the chicken reside! I would like to think I know what shredded chicken looks like.As if the day couldn’t get any better, someone comes into the restaurant and says “They’re towing someone’s car outside o” to which our lovely waiter exclaims;“I didn’t know you had parked outside sir!”No “no parking” signs, nothing to indicate that parking was forbidden. Cars came and left while I was sitting waiting for my egg, sorry, “chicken” sandwich.A miserable experience through and through. Never again. God forbid.I mean seriously, have any of you ever ordered a chicken sandwich where the most prominent feature is egg? Lmao. I would’ve gotten more pictures but they were towing my car.The one star is for the few fries I managed to eat. They were okay.More info:Coming back to update this review because I forgot to add an important detail.While I was outside arguing with the Lagos State personnel towing my car, their boss shouted at the waiter saying;“Didn’t I tell you last time that nobody should park here?!”So, this has happened more than once and still no care is taken to warn customers. Make of that what you will.

I love this place! Great to work and eat. Service here by the waiters is amazing. Eating in or ordering for delivery, food always remain the same, really good!

Bourbon House Cafe is a very nice place to chill or hang out with friends and of course to enjoy a lovely taste of snacks and milkshakes.Theyve got well mannered staffs, customer friendly and good service too.Good ambience and lovely interiors i must commend.The outdoor section very relaxing and great blend of artificial grass.Not so far the KPMG building and is just directly opposite the Polaris bank.

Well designed and decorated. The brick touch is reminicsent of my nursery school, quaint 👌🏽. Lovely furniture with a variety of offerings from a full meal to a quick bite. The food looks and tastes good and are well priced. Had fries, a beef burger and a banana smoothie and I was left satisfied with the quality and quantity.The environment was cosy and relaxing. Parking seems adequate and customer service was very good. There is the option to sit outside and high chairs just by the window if you like the view of passing cars. Relatively new around here but has a lot of potential.

Lovely hangout spot on Adeola Hopewell street in Victoria Island, Lagos. Very chill environment. Really cool. Cute decor too. Will definitely be back.

What makes a great restaurant are three things No. 1 the staff. No. 2 the staff No 3. The staff. The staff makes the food taste good. The place is airy well lit and youre never in lack of view of activities on the streets. I had croissant and cappuccino, great presentation great taste. Its worth every kobo spent!

Bourbon is such a great place to hangout or even work at, they have a boardroom which is really affordable to rent for the day, their staff are extremely friendly and ready to help, customer service is top notch. The food is great and their menu is really budget friendly.

Theres a 989 co-work place within the cafe and it is such a nice place. It is neat and quiet except for construction work going on around the place. They have good coffee and good food but it is for middle budgets. Easily accessible on most days except for special traffic at Eko Hotel Roundabout on some days. Highly recommend co-work place and the Cafe.

Cocktail, Goat meat Asun, grilled fish, waffles and ice cream, best anyone can get on the Island. The mixologist and restaurant manager made I and my friends to have a very remarkable time that night, they make a perfect host.Thanks guys, we are definitely coming back soon.

Bourbon Cafe is right at the heart of VI. Cool spot for a decent meal and hangout. The ambience is perfect with soft music. The food is good ranging from fries, smoothies, steak, chocolate and alcoholic beverages. A bit pricey but worth the experience. The staff members are courteous and polite, the eating area is clean with bar quite welcoming. I would recommend this for a cute and different experience.

I am all about location and this is situated at a chill low-key area which I liked. First time I visited was for an hangout with strangers, second time was with a friend on a Sunday. The second time was underwhelming as there was no one else in there and hardly anything we ordered was available though this may be because it was on a Sunday 🤷‍♂️

Heres a really cool place to have a date. Theres outdoor seating which you can try. Its best enjoyed in the evening. Great food, friendly service.

A long days meeting along with my colleague, they didnt disappoint, amazing staff and full of energy.The food was amazing, had Chicken Satay and rice. Definitely going back soon.

Well, if you are looking for that oh my God put those in my mouth kind of experience, let me just say that with Bourbon House Cafe, you are finally home. Food is fresh, taste so good and the ambience is serene and popping all at once.Did I also mention that customer service is superb. Enough said for now, go experience it yourself

The menu really tells you its an actual cafe. I especially loved the simple urban breakfast options that you can have at any time of the day. The very obvious sign along the road makes it quite easy to locate, plus the environment is generally serene.Normally they dont have an option of cheese in the beef burger, but I requested a mozarella infusion and they kinda made an exception for me. Theyre obviously premium in their pricing but they seem to live up to the bill with the kind of service and offering they have.

There’s just something about the Bourbon House Cafe, I can’t fully describe it. I went there at night and everything was just really soothing, except the Ayamase sauce, it was real hot 🥵, thank God for the chocolate milk shake🥤

Comfortable and fresh atmosphere. Very neat and classy. Not noisy and very good if you need to think and do some office work. Their stir fried jollof is soooooo on point and the smoothie (kiwi Twain) is sth I want to have everytime. You should visit.
