Its a quiet small restaurant that specializes in a local traditional cuisine along with other dishes requested on order. Its in a quiet neighborhood of Surulere area of Lagos. It has few parking space with security.

One of the oldest and indeed best restaurants for Efik cuisine in Lagos. They also had a branch in VI which is now closed. My favorite is their Bobbys Special peppersoup, which I buy to takeaway. Contains everything. Its Air-conditioned and one of the owners (mother-daughter) are always there. Beer and drinks are always cold, with a selection of fresh fruit juices. A downside: not enough parking spaces

When you hear of calabar kitchen this was the very first one I heard of in the 80s. AFIS & AFIS is a beautiful and cool restaurant that has held its own for decades now. The standard hasnt dropped one bit and the neighborhood is still as cool as cucumber. Try the edika-ikong anytime you visit, it will surely blow your mind.
