Worst internet service provider ever! My link has been down for 3 days now and nothing has been done about it. Even installing at my location was such a nightmare for over 6months.It seems like you guys go out of your way to offer terrible service. I still don’t get it!

I agree with Charlotte. I paid in advance in anticipation of the installation which they said would commence in two days but took them over two weeks. It has now been 3 days since they installed it and it is still not working. All they do is say that they are sorry and it has been handed over to the technical team which seems completey disinterested and incapable. I live near the lagoon and am quite tempted to throw the modem in the water but am too environmentally conscious to do that. Do not waste your money on this service, just a bunch of clowns. Their AGM of customer service has also not deemed it necessary to respond to the email I sent to her, one Christiana Okenla. Utter rubbish.

I have reported this to IPNX on two separate occasions with no follow-up.For those exploring options for high speed internet connections in Lagos especially in a time when many have to work from home, please consider other options. I wish I had. Depending on where you live, there will usually be a stable, high speed alternative with responsive customer service. Spending time to do a bit more research would have saved me three months of frustration.For the exorbitant price IPNX charges for installation and monthly subscription maintenance, one would think it would come with equally high levels of connection reliability and customer service responsiveness. However, all I have experienced are the most frustrating instances of the router randomly shutting down by itself at several points during the day and the seeming reluctance of customer service to troubleshoot the issue, let alone send someone to review the connection as I have been experiencing this since the day it was first installed just three months ago. Additionally, their technicians are all contract staff who appear to not have any coordination from IPNX. This lends to the overall confusion given that different buildings (I live in an apartment) may have different connection setups that technicians have to figure out from scratch if they have never been to that building before. For someone is forced to work from home due to the pandemic, this has been the worst internet experience I have had and even more infuriating when I think of how much it cost me.I am going to let the current subscription I have for this month die out and have already secured another service provider with much better value of product and service provision.

Very good internet coverage in Victoria Island, Lagos except for few downtimes, but I was always compensated for lost days and their WhatsApp customer service is top notch

Worst services so far.Paid for the complete services as a new subscriber, internet has not worked since then.Technicians said the feeder cable is bad and needs to be changed. Have called customers care line several times every day for the past 4 days and still counting they keep promising either someone will get back to us or someone will come fix it.As I type no one has called us back nor come fix it.Professionalism is zero.Customers service is zero.If I can turn back the hands of time will not use them.Very poor service and we still suffering it.

I manage a clients connection with these guys. On their fibre network, Speeds ok. Fibre cuts every now and then. When its online, you get value but pray you never have a serious issue. The quality of personnel at support is questionable as they can show very limited knowledge of the issue is not one of the regular simple problem.

I dont advice anyone to use them at all.since I started with them, I have network issues, suddenly no network for like an hour or 2 and all what they can say, sorry there was a general issue.their support is terrible. if they answer after calling 100 times, nobody can give you an answer on anything, they are just a programmed robot with few words( we will get back to you sir, our technical team is informed ).the way how they talk with clients is disrespectful.as I am writing this review, I dont have internet since 2 hours, I tried to call all their support lines and some people who work there and nobody picked. tried also their WhatsApp number and no response as of now. and I will enjoy my night now without network from this anyhow company.

Horrible customer service. IPNX is a big scam. I havent had internet for 3 back to back weekends and the whole of last week. Been calling almost every day and all customer service seem to say is we are sorry, or we will call you back. They will tell me that their policy says they will reimburse data if they cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours. On their end, they will close their ticket within the 48 hour window but on my end, the internet is still not working! I was told when I called yesterday that I had been credited with 6 days worth of data and that my account was active, they had apparently sent an email which was never received. I called back immediately to tell them my internet was still not working. As at today,I called back and still no internet! Meanwhile, they will dock the two days internet from their end! SCAM! How many days does it take to call an engineer?! And in this day and age of consumerism, why should a customer have to chase?

Fast optic internet with very poor customer service and poor stability considering that connection is optic cable.

Used to believe they were the best, now I think they are just the best of the WORST, customer support is down, internet service is choppy, 1 day it works well the next half my online services arent working. Tried calling customer support but the phone just rings and rings till I have to go buy more credits, apparently paying 27000 naira a month doesnt warrant a good service from them. Time to move on to the next best thing.

Straight up thieves, their network is down 80% of the time and they never compensate you so in essence your paying your whole months subscription for about 6 days uptime per month. They will schedule their maintenances on Friday or Saturday night and keep it down till Monday, if you try and contact support they will just blow you off. Also they claim they are offering fibre ,this is misleading as the network is wireless the only fibre connection is from the closest wireless gateway to your house, latency while gaming is over 1200ms!!!!!! Streaming ? Forget it they are net nannying everything, and downloads .... Well you need predictable uptime to download anything worthwhile which they dont offer.
