I went to resolve the activation issue I had with one of Spectranet agent who at the point of registrations shows his own low-level of competence. However, these e-centre guys are really the definition of courtesy, good customer service and problem-solving individuals. My experience as a first time user wasnt so great but they changed that impression and I resolved to the belief that no matter how good a firm can be, they will surely have bad eggs... You guys deserve more than 5 stars💯💯💯Thanks for the great customer service👍👍👍

What is really confusing about Spectranet is how the customer care folks give customers conflicting information, promise and fail when sharing required details for clarification. This is not good for both business partners who may be buying volume, and for consumers buying any level of data. Business has been affected in a bad way because it appears Spectranet is only after re-subscription and not solving customer issues. Anyways...

Not the center, but the internet service is really bad around yaba axis, avoid spectranet if you stay in yaba
My problem isnt with the location, its with spectranet. I bought one of their most expensive routers hoping Id have a more stable internet connection only to have the device stop working after 2 days. Ive switched to Cyberspace and have absolutely loved it.
