The estate is so unique that from the outside you wouldnt consider it an estate because its entrance does not have the semblance(s) of a typical Nigeria estate. It only comes second to Flash Estate which is located at Opebi- Ikeja.Google map had directed me to make the turn but I wasnt going to venture into a place that had its gate and surrounding walls looking like a company or industry. No, that wasnt going to be me! Alas, it was the place, says my person of contact on the phone. And she was right; England in a bubble except without the red bricks.

This is a quaint estate with tight security tucked behind Whitesands School. Many of the houses either have low fences or none at all and this gives for a nice community feel. It is well laid out and has a park with a pool.

NPDC is amongst the many private and government owned residential estates within Victoria Island and Lekki Peninsula.Its a Nice chic place, not far from the Lagos end of the Atlantic Ocean. Quite and no doubt, a great place to raise a family.Though with great housing units, the surrounding streets needs good roads.This place can also get flooded during Rainey seasons, as witnessed during the 2017 V.I/Lekki floods.
