Love the estate planning here, good drainage and roads looks to be well under construction with an already inter locked road system.

This is a highly secure and serene estate. Its a gated estate that requires visitors calling their host before gaining access.

Security tight, no entry without a call to the securitys private line from the resident. An extremely quiet and peaceful area but the roads needs to be done...

Very serene environment. Be prepared to have your host call the security post before you can be allowed into the Estate. Non resident vehicles that want to access the estate may be required to pay N300 at the gate.There are usually no parking issues as cars are allowed to park by the roadsides.

A quiet and secured place to leave

Great environment and lovely houses. Can be boring . So I created a club(WhatsApp group for ladies( 27 to 46) living in the estate and would like to make new friends and another family. Only peaceful, and free minded ladies are allowed in the group. Gossiping and backbiting not allowed.. we are all sisters and we look out for each other. If youre interested hit me up. I dont live here but Im a regular weekend visitor🙂. Do you live around Isheri, Magodo-Brooks, Magodo-Shangisha, Ikeja, Berger, or Ogba? Need a private home tutor for your child (4-8)? Hit me up.I dont have much to say about this estate other than its easy to locate, usually neat and quiet whenever I visit but other than your legs, a private car or Keke (tricycle) every now and then, there is no other way of moving around the estate. Most of the times youll have to trek which is actually a good thing, but there are times when youll feel so tired and wont have the energy to trek but still have to do it because of the unavailability of other means.

Gateway zone estate, magodo, is a residential estate for high net worth individual.Located so close to the popular Magodo estate.The security in the area is so strict though, making it almost impossible for visitors to gain access into the area without the estate sticker or gate pass.It is a beautiful environment

Estate with the most disrespectful security men, shouts at visitors over anything.They behave like dogs.

Back gate into Magodo but security may not allow you in if you aint a resident with a sticker

Nice looking neighbourhood.Uniformed security men stationed at the gate. There are a few mini-estates within the main estate. You have to call the resident youre going to see before you can be let in.Most roads within the estate are graded, while some are tarred. Good looking buildings, few trees here and there.A standard 3 bedroom apartment with good facilities in this estate can be rented for about a million naira.Good place!

Calm and Cool residential estate.

This estate is still being developed; lots of home construction and road work. The bike riders with green vests service the Magodo Estates. To get there using a bike from Berger to Gateway Zone is N100. If you’re not driving The bikes stop at the estate entrance so you’ll have to walk to your final location from the main gate.

Good, spacious, well planned, uniformed securities at the entrance, but at could be better with tiled roads and street lights.

The Gateway Zone Estate is almost at the boundary between Lagos and Ogun State. Its very close to Berger then one navigates to the right . Easily accessible with good road network

Its a well organised Zone (Gateway zone) of Isheri Magodo estate. The only minus for now is that the roads are not tarred.

Gate way zone is a government reserved Area in magodo GRA 1,Isheri,lagos. Gate way zone estate is an estate with good security at the entrance gate.any visitor coming in much put a call through to the resident he or she is going to visit before access can be granted.The estate is a well located with other estates within magodo GRA1 environ.Isheri and olowora are the major initial host community and neighbour to this estate.omole estate phase 2 is also located in this area with a boarder with olowora community.A 3 bed room apartment in this estate starts from 800,000 naira to 1million naira and above,depending on the facilities available in the house.The only bad thing about the estate is the road.their road is not Tared.
