Just a low cost housing estate by a noisy expressway on one side, a cemetery at the back and a low income neighbourhood on the other side.Nothing extraordinary or noteworthy about the place.

I grew up here. Best place to live on the Mainland, 30 secs walk to get to 3rd Mainland bridge leading to the Island and all around Lagos. Clean and safe place to reside.

LSDP Housing Estate, Government built estate. Presently the estate is not really looking good again. I was there few days ago it an eye sore. Government or the management of the estate should do better.

One of the many installed low cost housing estate by the government for its workers to sustain and ease accommodation issues for them. This one is close to the third mainland bridge and its accessible at the end of glover Street. Good security. Spacious driveway. Good numbering of blocks and flats. Strong buildings. Mosque within.

I visited there for the 1st time this year - 2019, and I was quite impressed by the generous layout old the housing estate and the generous spacing of the bedroom in the apartments.I wish we had more housing estates like this across the state.

Quiet environment

This is a low-cost housing estate provided by the Lagos State Government. It houses a set of blocks of 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom flats. There is also provision of recreational/sorting facilities. The road network is excellent and religious place of worship are not far from the estate.

Multi storey building situated on the busy side of town.. one car parking.. you would have to provide water for yourself to be comfortable.

Very well organized security arrangement at the entrance gate to screen visitors and vehicules moving in and out of the estate.

LSDP is a comfortable and serene residential estate. The buildings look old already tho, a repaint would be advised. But if you need quiet and peace, LSDP is the place albeit their security is not top notch but theyre very active

First time here was really cool. Well laid out lawns and parking lots for each building. Very well planned estate 👍, but facilities today are in need of repair and maintenance.

This housing estate is in Lagos and constructed by the Lagos state government and housed by Lagosian. The place is good and well managed.

State Government, housing plan development area. Houses are newly built, environment is serene with basic amenities but acquiring these properties is not easy to come by.

An estate of blocks of prefabricated buildings in 3 bedroom units. The estate could do with a much needed and long overdue facelift.

I visited this estate last Mon th and I was impressed.I think its the most properly maintained lsdp estate ive been to in Lagos,interlocked roads,clean environment and I hear the electricity supply there is fantastic.Its obvious the residents are exposed and cooperative.

This is the one out of the low cost housing estate in ebute metta Lagos mainland local government built by Lagos State government LSDPC under Lagos State Development and Property Corporation. Well colourful erected and structured, good roads network and security. Some parts of the estate is covered by water as a result of water level of this area which is too high and something must be done by government in order to reduce the out break of deadly mosquito and water borne diseases.

Structure is very old, not painted. No uniformity which is what estates are known for. No general generator for power. But security is very good

LADP housing estate is a large housing unit near Yaba. It has various apartments on multistorey buildings built in the 1980s. The estate has proper security and streets with sidewalks and green areas. The roads are bad and needs some renovation.

No enough parking space for the poeple leaving the estate, talk less of the visitors and it has just one entrance/exit which is not too cool...
