Eko Atlantic is a world of its own! I was quite impressed, no doubt; the level of development is astounding! A leading world-class luxury residential development. Its a place worth having either as an investment or a living abode; its classy, luxury, beautiful and serene.

I’m sure most of the 5 star reviews are fake . This place is nothing to write home about . It’s definitely not on international standard. They have very unprofessional security managing the gate . They harass patrons who they deem not worthy ( based on the vehicle driven , which is a poverty mindset plaguing Nigerian security mind you these same individuals can not even afford to buy a power bike ). The housing is overpriced which is why the place is still underdeveloped years later . You want people to pay all this money and you have touts managing the gate. Complaining to Upper management does not seem to help either so the place is definitely a lost cause. Avoid at all cost.

I dont know why it took me this long to visit Eko Atlantic. I absolutely loved it!!!! If this review had room for 6 stars I would have given that. You need to go there. Blackpepper steak house had amazing food and ambience. Going back there soon to try other restaurants

Eko Atlantic is a beautiful and serene place you can visit with family and friends. Lodged with Heych lifestyle and they have really great apartments and their guest services are topnotch, the ocean view from the balcony is lovely and I tried the restaurants both black pepper and pearl and their services are nice.

The night view is totally awesome!... serene atmosphere with good sight of the city and access natural air (from the sea)....

An experience to take in. Security was top notch. Ambience is unbeatable and the network of road is just sleek.

Really looked forward to dining out here and I wasn’t disappointed. The ambiance, settings, organization, service and all was top notch.I did enjoy the meal too.It was a mix grill, offering varieties of protein options with a sides of potato wedges.I still look forward to a day visit here although the night trip wasn’t bad at all.

Its a lovely place.Very lovely, but not inhabited.Its overpriced for one thing.Hopefully, common sense will prevail at some point to create a lovely estate.

Although its still in the early stage of development, Eko Atlantic city is a very cool place to visit. It is located beside the ocean, with a beautiful landscape. It currently has over four standing towers among which is the Alpha 1, Eko pearl and Azuri towers (reputed to be the tallest residential building in west Africa). Eko Atlantic has a beautiful environment and the whole city is well planned with a standard drainage system.

A miniature Dubai undergoing construction in Victoria Island Lagos Ocean Side popularly known as Bar Beach. A handful of high rise buildings has come up on the site and its a beauty to behold.

There needs to be signages put around till the entire place is ready and there would be landmarks to look out for. Right now, it can be hard getting around or even trying to navigate the exit.

Went to the pearl restaurant there... Nice ambience. Quite pricey. But o well.. Wont expect less.

An absolutely breathtaking construction site in the heart of the Lagos ocean side. This is partially recovered land that was formerly known to be the Bar Beach off the Ahmadu Bello expressway on Victoria Island, Lagos.With the ocean surge and subsequent perennial flooding of the environs, this project came to the rescue through a visionary project akin to those in places like the Riviera in France and the Dubai city extensions.The project has seen mostly the infrastructural development which seems about 60-70% done, and a few structures have been erected to reveal what the skyline will likely. How long it will take before it become a full business and leisure attraction is unknown.I hope the major shocks to the global economy doesnt leave this a white elephant project. The vision is laudable and the work done so far is top notch.

EAC is a purpose built island to stem the flow of water that was threatening Victoria Island - a high class business district in Lagos.Good: World class design, infrastructure, facilities, construction and processes. City is well laid out with districts properly designated. Private developers within the city have kept up the world class standards due to the guidelines by EAC. In years to come, it will be the goto area for business and leisure.Bad: EAC is expensive. But of course, thats to be expected!

Had a fantastic dining experience at the Pearl Tower restaurant with my friends. Great atmosphere, food was very tasty and exceptional. Loved it. I would recommend and would visit again when am in Lagos.

I was invited to a friends birthday dinner. I loved it. Located in the Eko Pearl towers. The place around still just being in development and near the sea makes for an airy and breezy beach atmosphere. We were able to sit outdoors. They have a glorious view of the pool and towers. But the best part was the food. And drinks! Great cocktails and amazing food...starters and main. It was not such an expansive menu but quality beats quantity every time. Our waiter Blessing was also tops. The only error in the night was the other waitress serving food to the gents first...Blessing corrected her. Naija ...in a restaurant...the order of service is kids, ladies and lastly the men. The other facilities like parking and toilets were also great. I would advise they increase the number of lifts. Otherwise I fully recommend

Fix the rest of Lagos before you build a new one and your star rating might improve. Good roads, good schools, good healthcare, 24/7 power, water and safety should be for all or for none. I know everywhere cant be the same, but at least provide the basics.
