Its a beautiful estate but they need to work on their navigation system for directions. They estate address is confusing. There should be proper direction put in place.

Lekki Garden Phase 3 Estate is located along the Lekki-Epe express after Abraham Adesanya Round-about. After driving some kilometers after Abraham Adesanya round-about, one will take immediate turning beside Lagos Business School (LBS) and drive all the way down the road.As of my last visit, there is no sign post at the entrance of the estate to signify that this is Lekki Gardens Phase 3 Estate. This is hope they have their reason for no signage to signify.It is very crucial that you have an appointment to visit the people here before embarking on the journey. You have to wait outside until there is a call to the security point to allow you gain entrance.The security personnel are discipline and respectful as of my last visitationThe estate is well planned with road numbering and houses tags. The environment is cool and serene.It is a lovely place for residential purposes.

Estate environment complete with swimming pool, central water treatment, waste management, corporate security guards complemented with police presence and at least 21 hours power supply. Immediate landmark: Lagos Business School and Dominion City Headquarters, Alasia just before Sangotedo.
