Alcove Homes is a mini estate with 2-3 bedroom apartments, townhouses and each block having a penthouse. Security in the estate is tight, residents have to call the gate to let visitors in.The estate is still under construction with some blocks and townhouses already completed as phase 1. Phase 2 of the estate is ongoing. Each block has one elevator that leads up to the penthouse but penthouse access requires a different code.The penthouse has a walk around terrace i.e. the terrace goes all around. The townhouses have BQs with gardens very pretty, the penthouse also has a BQ. Theres 24hrs power and each apartment has a preinstalled tab for security where you can see all thats going on outside the block, the tab can also be used to call the security at the gate to let visitors in.Theres a plan for an estate general purpose hall, mart and fitness centre. The childrens play area could also be bigger and more fun. It would look better when they are done with Phase 2.

Alcove homes is an estate and each house is identify as Block. In each block there are several apartments which consists of two or three bedrooms with a penthouse at the top of each block. Each block has elevator, security camera to know what is happening in each block, and there is 24 hours power supply. The security of Alcove estate is very tight to the extent that residents must call the security post before they allow visitor to come in. The phase one of the estate has been completed and the phase two will be completed soon.
