This areas is not that good during raining season flood every where though Lagos State and island government is doing their best to curbs it and this new Massey children hospital they are building now there will also help in much developmental process

It is a low cost housing estate build by the Lagos State government of jakande. It is a decent place to leave on Lagos island.
