Its old but the facilities here is still properly maintained despite the fact that the buildings have been here for a very long time. The corridors are neat and the estate as well is clean as well. Though sometimes parking could be an issue but aside that its good for me

The 1004 estate is really living on past glory. The security is quite okay, but they need to up the maintenance of the estate

1004 estates continues to maintain its high standards. I found that COVID-19 Protocols were implemented right from the gate. I observed that the paths are still very well-maintained. The trees and flowers are a lovely sight indeed, coupled with the quietness of the estate. The building has stable power, emergency escapes in case the elevators are unavailable for use, and standby firefighting equipment.

No directions in the building you have to ask around.

A well secured and good housing estate for multipurpose use but majorly residential. A gated community with very good schools for kids, ranging from nursery to secondary schools.
