Its a quiet, little estate, I like the serenity. It is not noisy at all, I have been there many times but rarely will you see neighbours outside, except if they are driving in or out. More like a GRA. The road is good for morning walks/run

Built around 2006. Wonderful layout. Close to market and currently a bridge is being constructed within 5 minutes walk to it. Also, its close to train station. The train line and station is under construction too. Near completion

New Dairy Farm Housing Estate is located at the heart of Age axis.It is well secured with private security agents.Parking spaces is okay and the road in the estate is tarred.Although the present road construction going on along Agege axis is making access to this place a bit tough.
