Richmond Gate is the entrance to Alma Beach Estate. A number of the buildings were constructed by Haven Homes and they have a showroom within the estate.

Good looking estate, aesthetically satisfactory, with an attractive array of wonderful, modern designs with plenty of light and space (some eye candy), quite an interesting assortment, spread out in sectional clusters, with different portions having different themes. The security appears to have tightened up , improved and be better coordinated

They take good care of the customers, in the area of toilet and nice and clean toilets, please keep it up, other supermarkets should copy them. God bless good management.

A serene and safety conscious environment. I hear they have 24/7 power availablity.The access control is strict and sophisticated. A resident has to issue some code that enables access.There were visible signages to guide.This place comes highly recommended!!

It was amazing. Theres enough space for a single person as well as a large family. Really nice and comfortable and close to fun areas in lekki. The security too is OK, I just didnt like the noise of certain appliances or facilities in the complex like generator or AC sounds, but they are bearable. Overall, Id go back again. Did I mention that the cost of living is quite high though? Its worth it though

Its very spacious. Great to take walks in. Kids can be seen riding bikes in the evenings while adults exercise. However, you need to be a guest of a resident to be allowed access into the estate. Its not open to the general public. There is a pool and a mini shopping mart for last minute supplies. Good ambience overall and many plants.

Love this place. So beautiful, cool and quiet. Plus celebrities like AY Makun 2face Idibia and Falz theBahdGuy have houses there.
