My experience with them is the worst in terms of point of sale experience, professionalism, customer care and delivery time.I messaged them on IG to make purchases, I made payment and more than 12hours later (the next day) no representative responded. I was taken aback and I send several messages which wasnt responded to, I moved to WhatsApp in order to get a response yet no response.I was forced to call the line, customer care representative who picked told me she needed to confirm and she will call back, she called back and told me I should message the line again after which she slammed the phone while I was talking to her.I messaged again on IG yet no response, I moved to WhatsApp still no response. I contact few people to help me out at this point and I also realized I wasnt able to see any thing on the IG page while other around me could.Due to the pressure from friends the WhatsApp handler responded, with anger I messaged to share my grievances and I was shocked at the unprofessionalism of the handler who told me they wont be doing business with me and I should send my account details for refund.If you arent ready to have high blood pressure and have your day spoilt thread carefully.
