Terrible after sales customer service. Got items, the cases came with stains and within 2 hours of delivery, reached out and was told ‘kindly dry clean it’… not a problem because it will be washed before use anyways, I went ahead to ask ‘what if stain doesn’t remove, what happens?’.. that was Thursday m, today is Saturday, several DMs, no answers from stuch. Sent DM that I will be calling her brand out of nothing by Friday, issh nothing, they even viewed the IG story of my complaint and went ahead to block me. I confidently used my IG Business handle as there is no way a business that has a clear exchange and refund policy who have the audacity to do this but here we are…Reminds me of same terrible service from same brand over 3years ago, when I complained about incomplete pillowcases and they outrightly told me to ‘check under my bed frame because it could have gone there’ I was shocked because my bed frame doesn’t have space under so how on earth can that be a solution and I let that slide… decided to try again and I was wrong to think it would be any better.Like I said Stuch, you can’t delete this one Google and I hope and know more of your existing and potential customers will see this. It didn’t need to get to this at all but the fact that I got blocked and no resolution is just a big nasty.
