Very useless place ehh..Miserable looking & poor service

Car park and reception looks great, rooms are fair, however, we had rooms changed 4 times as all the rooms had one issue or the other, starting from bad locks to bad sockets and flusher.

Bad service, everything old and not clean... room service tried entering my room without knocking a guy 🤦🏼‍♀️

The rooms have bed bugs. Old style TV, poor housekeeping and incompetent hotel staff. This is worse than a chalet

An average budget hotel

Do not be deceived by the outside or reception area. It is a terrible hotel and it is overpriced. The rooms are small and the water barely runs. The sheets were dirty and the air conditioner was leaking water. The tv was not working, and neither was the phone, plus the room was smelling. The staff were so uninterested and were barely responsive. Theres barely anything commendable about this place

This is a terrible place to lodge; it does not pass even as a hide out. The ourRaise looks good and welcoming but the rooms are terrible; smelling, unkempt, dirty bedding, dysfunctional telephones, nonchalant staff who seem not to care. You cant even get water very easily.No, it does not pass. Please go somewhere else.

Its one of my favorite place to lodge in akoka...it is just a stone throw from the famous University of Lagos, it is situated on st finbarrs roads beside the redeem church and just a few houses away from pako bustop....my stay was pleasant, however it had lost its taste due to lack of good maintenance but it is still okay for a short stay and the price is quite affordable infact one of the cheapest u can get in this side of lagos

From the outside it looks like a pretty decent place they have a terrible room service. There was no water in the studio room their telephone wasnt working. The room looked unkept and it smells.Terrible experience.

The rooms are quite bad. Excuse I was given was change in management, but either way, it was a terrible experience. Wish I had taken pictures.In most rooms, the Air conditioning didnt work. In others the bed spreads were not good, its an endless list of sloppy organisation and management.

The rooms are ugly, the facilities are old the Ac is bad and leaks, the fans are not clean,the fridge is a write off, fee too expensive for the bad services offered.....worst place ever
