A popular hotel nearby makes this particular hotel a bit unnoticeable. But it looks promising and quite well positioned to serve people in that neighbourhood and people from outside that may know of its existence. It seems to have a niche in laundry; you will see that clearly before entering the hotel - an indication that people around there could go in for laundry alone.

Good customer care with clean environment and room for improvement.
