I didnt stay here. I was hunting for a hotel to stay, I called the number online, a nice lady named Jessica spoke to me, she was courteous and ready to accommodate us. She even offered discount. The ambience is calm, you can take a stroll on the street.

The rooms are nice, although some are enviably bigger than others. The amenities are sufficient, and the staff is very courteous and helpful. The food is great, too. The pool is a little small, but its clean.I would recommend.

Nice place. Love their customer service and their cleaning of the room and toilet. In terms of price, I feel they need to consider small boys like us.

Im neutral about this place. I only went there for a seminar workshop. But what I noticed is that the staff were nowhere in sight except for the security. The security were polite and helpful.

Mosquitoes and cockroaches were present then the room service guy came to spray insecticide while we were in the room...🥲🥲🥲 what???When the rooms were being paid for, breakfast was promised but come morning Im sorry , Ma. Your room doesnt come with Breakfast.The TV stations are the worst.Couldnt even see Maria of Big Brother Naijas face properly.Omo x 1000...000

I really like this hotel for their hospitality and flexibility. You can easily see the room from pictures shared with you on WhatsApp. They are prompt and have great personality. I specifically requested a table and chair for work and it was arranged without any stress.They are affordable, negotiable and accessible. Such a lovely hotel in the heart of Victoria Island.

Located in a quiet and serene environment with accessible road.Swift and remarkable customer service.Recommendation: Ideal for a sit out with friends as well as informal meetings.In my opinion, management should look into revamping the terrace bar, perhaps a facelift of some sort.

Premium prizing despite facilities not being in top shape. No menu and no hotel intercom directory in the room. In addition, some keys on the intercom phone werent working.I particularly didnt like the smell of dampness in the air in the room on the ground floor. Perhaps upstairs could be better.

Had friends that came to town and stayed here. They commend the friendliness of staff.

Its comfortable, neat and affordable. It is easy to locate on Bishop Oluwoles Street, Victoria Island. The environment is clean and quiet and the staffs are very friendly. You can easily and quickly get to places in Victoria Island and Ikoyi from the location.

Relatively clean. But the room had damp issues with the paint peeling off the wall in some places. The room needed to be aired out and cleaned thoroughly. The bathroom needs a bidet head. Staff disposition was quite professional. And the food nice.

Its average. The smaller rooms are not given proper grooming like the more expensive rooms. (I have tried both). Their complimentary breakfast is not called buffet although arranged buffet style. Thy have someone to serve you and choices are few. A 100 room hotel though. Good location but they need to work more on their interior.

I spent three nights at this hotel in Victoria Island, Lagos. Virginrose is a Bed and Breakfast hotel. You get a 50 cl complimentary bottle of water every day. The room is clean and cozy. The Air Conditioner is fixed at 18 Degrees Celsius. Its either you want it or not. The car park is limited. It is not designed to accommodate every patron. The breakfast is measured and is served you. There was frequent power outage but the generator kicks in at about 2 minutes. Some TV channels dont get full signal depending on how far away your room is from the reception. The staff is courteous and nice people.

The walls of the building are very bad due to water leakage, making the ground of the walls break out.The hall ways were so dusty like it was never mopped.The toilet never flushes well because the pipe was broken.Shower was bad. Only the tap works.Heater was old never worked.Ugly dirty looking wardrobe without hangers.On the other hand, the elevator was working,.The room AC was perfect, nice bed and clean tap water.I love the event hall. Portable and AC tight.The lights was stable.

This event place is just okay, with large space.The roof is too low for decor however, and we were worried the decor would be set aflame when some mini fireworks were displayed during the party I was attending there. Great that didnt happen, but I guess the decorator should have known better than to try to use them at all.Parking is a great issue too. No parking space close enough, so many guests had to park along the road. Vehicles arent safe enough in my opinion.

Virgin rose also has salsa dancing on Fridays. I really enjoy their salsa classes.The have a sauna and massage service here. They have a hall within the hotel for meetings and events. The event hall can be bargained and negotiated in terms of the cost of rental. They also have a reasonably priced menu, with drinks as well.

Deadly mosquitoes. Some of the ACS are not working. My advise is they should get that place on lock down till they renovate.Key card was not working they spent almost an hour getting us into the room after the door locked.Only high point is their meal. Asides that nothing else

The accommodations are very affordable compared to others within the same vicinity and the dishes here are one of a kind. A trial will have you coming back for more.

Nice hotel, in the evergreen Victoria island of Lagos. Good view, very nice wine bar, nice food. Not so expensive. Not a five star hotel, a 3 star hotel at best. The hotel give free WiFi to all guest. Room are quite neat and spacious but the beds are small in size and they still use the old cathode ray tube television in 2019!!!.In general I recommend this place if you are on a budget .

This is a good hotel, though I find it not very well maintained. But all facilities are in good working condition. Small parking space for the many rooms. But it has a good swimming pool.

Good venue for events. The resort also has ample parking space for an island based hotel. The hotel may need to do a lot more publicity as it is not very popular despite been in a very popular location

The hotel is at a good location, the rooms are fairly ok, the staff are cautious and the food is OK too, although overprised by my judgment. I had to give 3 stars because the hotel seems not to have any rule on noise, they run programs on weekend and keep the speaker volumes at annoyingly high levels. The swimming pool is close to the rooms and they allow 24hrs usage, imagine you are sleeping and by 2AM a group decides to use the pool.

A nice and clean hotel neatly tucked into the Victoria Island landscape. While parking space might be limited especially during events, vehicles in the compound are secured by security guards and CCTV. There is a spa and a small swimming pool. Rooms are averagely sized, well kept and plenty. The restaurant is good as their meals are prepared on demand. Good.

I have been there a couple of times for meetings. Its a cool place. I was there recently and noticed it is being given a face lift. Nice location. Beautiful scenery.

The reception desk was so friendly and helpful. Cute small swimming pool size, water neat and clean. The complimentary breakfast for lodgers is so delicious and nutritious.However, Some rooms on the 3rd floor allows in water through the walls when it rains. Rooms are sometimes damp.

Loved the calmness, the cool ambiance and homely feel here. The area is very secure with high perimeter fencing as well as security personnel at the gate. Its an escape lodging for mid budget spenders. It boasts of next-to-luxury services and facilities too. Parking 🅿️ is available free inside.

Mosquitoes 🙄🧐🧐, and they will tell you how many sausage and egg you will eat at so called buffet breakfast 🙄🙄🙄🧐🧐, staff will call you at midnight to remind you of your checkout next day and your outstanding balance 🙄🙄🧐🧐, if you ask any question, staff will tell you I wasnt at work then🙄🙄🧐🧐, if you need food, order when you aint hungry yet as the food takes like one hour before its served🙄🙄🧐🧐... Guys dont take it personal, myself and my friends werent happy with our experience and I dont wanna talk about the shower dropping like its drizzling... You might probably take 2 hours while batting 🙄🙄🧐🧐, rooms has this odour that you need to go away for a while so as to let in fresh air before checking in🙄🙄🧐🧐
