My review is based on visit to one of the halls in the hotel. The atmosphere was was very nice. The general impression I got of the hotel is that it is very clean. For Normal hotel guests, the parking seems sufficient, but for an event in the halls, parking is a big issue.

I and my spouse had a splendid stay. The swimming pool relaxation spot was one experience too good to over look. The services was superb, willing to assist staff and tasty meals. My only turn off was some church group of couple making noise in and out of their event hall more so showing uncultured behavior and quarreling to other guest hearing. The hotel should be careful of such groups.

Its a nice hotel situated in VGC. You cant miss the hotel because its along the road and the name is visible from the main gate. Its well lit and theres ample space for packing outside the hotel. Had their goat meat and chips & the chips was too lovely. A bit pricey but its expected for the services provided. You want a quiet and reserved place to chill, its your spot.

The hotel was great, I enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I requested for a room with double bed and this was provided upon my arrival. I also enjoyed their food. I look forward to subsequent visit. Facilities in room was top notch.

Enjoyed our stay at Swiss International Hotel, Vistana.Good customer service, clean rooms and fantastic daily house keeping. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and a lot to chose from. They are quick to respond if you have any complaints and they make the corrections right away. The hotel is located in a very upscale quiet neighborhood with good security. If you are looking for a world class hotel, great value for your buck and concerned about security, This will be the best option for you. The hotel staff are very welcoming and and responsive. The hotel is 10 minutes away from Mega Chicken restaurant which is on of the best Restaurants in Lagos.

For a Swiss international outlet, they really need to change a lot of their toilet seats.Its terribly disappointing to have a hotel look and feel that good but have stained toilet seats.

Swiss International The Vistana VGC Lekki Lagos is a nice hotel and budget friendly.I enjoyed my stay because it feels like home.Staff and Management are friendly and courteous. Highly experienced and they know their jobs so well.Fast internet, smart TV, clean rooms with lighting and modern interiors.I’d definitely lodge there again and again.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel was cosy, good ambience for that cool relaxation, Staff very friendly and good service. The only concern I had was a group of couples dragging food in the hotel and causing disturbance in the hotel . The hotel should be mindful of such groups. Not good for such peaceful environment.

The Experience was exciting and wonderful i would definitely return during my annual leave.Staffs and Management are Super friendly, professional and courteous. i got free upgrade and huge discount.Sunday Brunch, Sparkling clean room, Swimming pool N High speed internet, Smart TV Were Services i Enjoyed Most.

This place just blows my mind off. I actually just walked in here, and was surprised for the level of receptivity I received, so warm and made me feel like a king. The environment is so cozy and serene/. The service is top notch. They are so customer centric and I love been the center of attention. Beautiful Place, Nice People, Organized service, and Affordable.

It was a terrible experience. The staff treats you like you are begging for food. You pay #6000 for a meal that looks like a beggars meal. I definitely wont be going back even if I am dragged by the neck. They dont even seem to care as long as you have paid ahead.

Good rooms but poor customer service.The restaurant (Buffet) experience was very embarrassing.I stayed here for 3 nights with some friends and food was practically being rationed for a fully paid Buffet.

Swiss Intl Hotel, The Vistana is a terrible place to visit. Theres absolutely nothing international about about the hotel. The staff are rude, phone etiquette is zero, poor response time, general poor hospitality. This is not an exergerration.

My kids and I were served tea with a pot of dirty water. I was horrified thinking of what type of water they used to make the meal. No apology from the manager. Do not eat there. Or stay there. I have have video evidence. And recorded our conversations.

My family and I stayed here over a weekend, the staff were pleasant enough. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.The room service left a lot to be desired. The service was slow and incomplete. The restaurant kept waking us up to eat, it would have been nice if we had requested it, but it was sadly an intrusion.People come to eat peppersoup or something Friday evenings, so the parking space available is not sufficient for hotel guests and peppersoup guests. Just keep that in mind.The rooms were decent sized and clean. Would definitely stay again. Just make some adjustments.

Beautiful hall for a wedding! My sister got married here and its perfect!

While its located in a good area,its got a bad management. In addition to the hotel is an event center managed by the hotel as well. I recently attended a wedding there and the lights were out,no alternative generator,it was a mess! They ruined the couples big day!. There rooms are ok but not all clean,infact i saw a roach on the bed!

To be honest the hotel has a really nice appearance and looks quite modern but it’s lack the basic requirement which most hotels require which is good quality customer service. For customer service I wish I could give it lower than this. All in all it is a hotel without good hospitality.

The very beautiful and picturesque edifice was marred by lack of standard and non functional facilities. I was taken in by the lovely physical attributes of the place but was so disappointed when I got to my room and the intercom wasnt working. Had to call their mobile line to place order for my food.The following morning entered the shower and water was just coming out in trickles. Was promised it would be fixed on my return, it wasnt. I expressed my disappointment and my room was upgraded which I felt was a nice gesture.Woke up to take my bath alas! The hot water wasnt working and the cold one trickles even worse than the initial one at the initial room.With such reputation the brand claims, this experience was the worst I ever had as a guest and its my first stay with the Swiss International Hotel Brand.
