Its a pretty cool place. Nice rooms (some really spacious, some not) with nice staffs. Noticed some cockroaches in the wardrobe of a room I stayed in but most of the rooms are under renovation (re-painting, fumigation and repairs) so thats good. I particularly love the office desk and chair setting in each room. Its the perfect place to stay if youre on a business trip and need space to work but its also great for plain relaxation too.

I stayed in same hotel 2 years ago and it was fantastic back then. Seems they forgot/stopped maintaining the rooms as the condition of the room on the 4th floor I stayed is disheartening.... The bath tub and toilet are turning brown, found dead cockroaches around the room, perhaps they fumigated the room prior to my stay, the bedsheet looked like, it wasnt washed from the last occupant. The walls of the room could use some painting and I also suggest the use of Hypo and Harpic to get the bath tub and toilet whiter...

Neat and clean rooms with adequate facilities. Bedsheets though needs to be improved upon as they have began looking old and brown. No complimentary breakfast too.

Good facilities, good price and clean bathrooms, but the service was not great. There were also no complimentary perks, like breakfast or bottled water, so prepare to pay for everything. The sheets in the room I stayed had rashes so you might not find them comfortable. Example of the poor service: tea was served in wet cups with grimey utensils. Staff service delivery can also be greatly improved.

Tucked away nicely if youre looking for a very private hotel this is it.

It’s a good place to relax and pass the night. The environment is serene and the room gorgeous. The receptionist was super nice with a good sense of humor. The kitchen service on the other hand was very poor. They need to improve on that department.I really enjoyed my stay except for the food problem.

Nice Hotel, Aesthetic on point but I had issues with plumbing system, the shower in my room didnt work at all, the heater didnt work.... and also the Rice and Stew I ordered was terrible.... apart from this complains, everything is okay Helpline is also quick

Excellent hotel with good ambience. The rooms are very cozy and beautiful. The staffs are professional and friendly. The food is not soo great tho. They either need to change the chef or adjust their recipe. I ate twice while I was there and everything was salty. The foods a Lil pricey but compared with hotels in the same area, the price is fair.

The women at the front desk are very unhelpful! I was very disappointed to see the hotel room a lot of people needing a room for the night for service. The food is not good it made my husband and I sick and my husband is Nigerian so hes use to the Nigerian food. I would not recommend this place to anyone especially foreigners.

I spent 4 days here for a conference and it was trouble free. Everything I needed was available without having to place calls to the reception.The best part was the fact that breakfast was brought in as early as 6:30am. The staff were really nice and would call or come to your room to give any information they felt you needed to know. I’d recommend Dmatel for a couple night out or vacation.It’s a great place.

Spacious, clean and cozy rooms. Facilities like lift working making it wheelchair friendly. Adequate parking space for guests. Nice and small semi-outdoor pool with surrounding poolside hangout spots for chilling and maybe party-after-party. Bar ok and simple. Room prices affordable. Good menus with affordable prices, but they need to improve on hospitality. Customer service should be the focus and not just money. No complimentary breakfast like other hotels.

This place isnt maintained very well.I got dirty towels looking like rags,Toilet sit broken and AC leakesAfter I complained and asked for room to be changed.i was put in another room with the exact same problem only this time there was no toilet sit at all and towels remained stained and dirty.I am so unimpressed!!

Tho its a fine place but the service is so poor, especially the restaurant!

The rooms are decently priced and clean. A relatively new hotel with amenities in good working condition. The entrance lobby is too decorated. It looks like it would have made do with the services of a qualified interior designer. For cost effectiveness though, its a place Id love to visit again.

I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is clean, has a nice ambience, not expensive for a hotel on the island. They have a pool. The rooms are spacious. I will recommend this hotel. Their hotel rooms are within the 20k to I think 35k for their rooms (cant remember the price of their most expensive room). They have 2 halls which go for 100k and 200k in Naira respectively. Although I think their big hall is not big.Food is also not expensive. You can find something on their menu for 1000 and above. Water is 200.

It a perfect if you cant afford the 5 star hotel. Unbelievably the room is like a 4 or 5 star hotel room, I love it, andfuall furnishing is of clean contemporary lines. When u enter your room you can pretend youre in a Sheraton

I stayed here for about a week, and my overall experience was exceptional. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the daily house keeping was prompt. The food items on the menu was actually really good, and I didn’t lose appetite before they arrived to my room. Only downside is the WiFi connectivity strength fluctuates as you move around the hotel, and could completely disappear.

One of the many affordable hotels in VI. Its not so easy to locate but it is a nice one. They should improve on few facilities and services.Asides that they have good food, nice ambience, courteous staff.

Relatively new hotel so most of the facilities are in good condition. The real issue is the customer service without them this is easily a 4/5 minimum rated hotel. They are so slow and they keep forgetting requests or just not explaining why its taking 4 hours to complete for example

The rooms are very spacious that you could almost have two extra big mattresses by the empty space.The food is not so great.The water isnt so clean in the bathroom.Hotel looks pretty new.The WiFi doesnt work which is a thumbs-down.
