Poor service. I had to wait for 30 minutes before I could be allowed in(no reception area). AC is used only with NEPA light. If theres no light, you are left with fan. Generator doesnt come up till 5pm.Also, their taps need to be changed with newer ones.

For the amount I was paying daily service was below my expectations, the people who run it are very rude to guests who travel from far and after staying for over 5 days they wanted me out for not paying at exactly 12 PM. I definitely do not recommend this place and will not be going there again. I eventually found a better place. The place was quite clean though but customer service is terrible.

Enjoyed my stay here, room was big and nice, WiFi was cool too, quiet and lovely environment close proximity to eateries and stores. They just need to upgrade their cable service as I only get to watch trace TV and AM Yoruba. And get more staffs I spent 2 days and no staff came in for cleaning, my dustbin was filled due to buying in. Aside that, its all fine. Hopefully ll come back

The room has good space. Poor fittings, remotes and heater not working. They dont have a reception but its a good location and fair price with the inconvenience

The place was okay but the cleaners need to do better, they didnt change the sheets of the last person that used the place before us and the most likely the person was a smoker so the whole room was smelling of cigarette.

This is my worst hotel/ apartment to ever stay in. Theres no 24hr electricity. Youre left with inverter light when power goes off. The A/C in my room was malfunctioning; even when it was functioning, it wasnt cooling. The taps werent working properly (works one at a time). The shower wasnt working atall. No room service. Worst worst experience

Had to wait an unholy amount of time for the room I was to be checked into to get cleaned up, and this was after the initial one didn’t have a working air conditioning unit.Overall, it was average.
