Very quiet , well organised relaxing place.

Esteem royal suite is located at a very good location.

Building doesnt looks like hotel, its more of serviced apartment.Location its a bit hidden with narrow access road.

Serene and clean compound, though the road that leads to the hotel is tiny and rough. Standard rooms are not that bad at all.

Customer service is terrible... I practically had to struggle withy bags while the attendant watched and pressed his phone all day, even when the security asked him to help out he insulted the security. Back to room I booked and paid for a day to my arrival requesting for upstairs only to come and was told I have to pay extra for upstairs. It cool at all.

Esteem royal suites is located in a residential neighbourhood. One thing you can be sure of is good parking space and courteous staff from the reception. The facilities are old and not modern but that is acceptable if you consider the fact that the hotel comes at a quite competitive price in comparison to other hotels of same standard. It is a walkable distance from Ojuelegba - a major transit hub; and you can be sure to get a means of transit to any location in Lagos from there.

Nice and affordable, thou my first night wasnt delightful due to the room situation downstairs, but after informing the receptionist of this situation my room was changed to another one at the upstairs which gives me an enjoyable moment. Water heater is not available in each room but hot water can be offer on request. The area is secured and with good ambient. Lundary services is also available.

I had to wait for about 40mims after payment before I was granted access to my room as it was being cleaned up. The management of the hotel can be better also. E.g. the power was just going on and off, at a time, the power went off for more than 30mins before it eventually came on. Limited parking space tooNotwithstanding the above, I kinda enjoyed the mealWell, given the amount paid, I rate it average.

Its the best budget hotel to stay in Lagos. Its at the center of Lagos. Easily accessible either through apapa- oshodi Express or ikorodu road. 24hour electricity and security is guaranteed.

The air-conditioning is not effective, TV channels are not showing good pictures and fewer channels to pick fromOrders take ages to come.
