I didnt like their customers service quite poor. The night we went there with my brother to propose to his girl, asked for music, there was some sort of excuse why it couldnt come on,,asked three times before we got cups to the drink we ordered,the goat meat they sold for 2k was trash...tasteless, had to take home to recook. It just seemed to be like we didnt matter! Lovely building, cool pool but management has to look into their workers and their service delivery.

A cosy home away from home. Very clean and relaxing rooms. All floors are accessible via an elevator. Best TV experience Ive ever had in any hotel!Bathrooms are excellent.Courteous personnel.If only the hotel management had enough space to create, probably, the 8th wonder of the world! 😁

Pleasant and surprisingly astonishing. Over the regular accommodations because unlike most hotels, they provide you with a kitchenette. Quite thoughtful.

The 3 star 🌟 is for the customer service. Brilliant 👏 staff. The hotel not like when i first visited that place. The bathroom standard is very low, Ac not working properly, i even had to upgrade my room and it was the same. Wont be staying here again. This was my fourth visit and unfortunately will be the last.

Nice place, very good service, the house keepers, receptionist and the securities are really amazing at their job. The F&B staff needs to improve on their facial expressions. They look like they are always angry, well maybe not all but the ones I encountered.

Scammers,, I made reservation for a room paid and cancelled it,, I asked for a refund but couldnt get any, instead instead the front desk number stopped going through...I dont recommend it for anyone thats new to Lagos

I big tall hotel located by the so popular Airport Junction by the right at the main entrance of Ajao Estate. Traffic usually ensued on the road leading to it. Good security. WiFi presence. Fantastic meals from the restaurant. Air-conditioned rooms and good furniture. Parking space within. Good attendants as well.

The beautiful Joygate Hotel and suite is 5 minutes away from the Murtala Mohammad international airport.It is a small fanciful hotel with state of the art care.There is a gym, a swimming pool and complimentary breakfast.The staff were courteous and professional even the security.Covid 19 protocol was fairly observed with face mask 😷, hand sanitizer and temperature checks.The entrance has a ramp for wheelchair and trolley.There is enough parking space.Safety equipment are in place and active.

The hotel was nice. The breakfast is good. However, their cable TV is unstable, and its freezes very often. I complained, but wasnt fixed. They need to work on it to attract people who may want to come back again.

Locates just 15mins from the Airport, its a small hotel sporting 5floors with no swimming pool, a roof top bar, and courteous staff.The pent house rooms are suites and very spacious. It has an in house gym.Really enjoyed their complimentary breakfast. The bar; well not too much cause they didnt stock my favorite mixer: Double Black.It was generally a good experience, I would recommend it any day

The rooms are very spacious and clean. They have a well equipped gym. The room rates are considerably fair considerably the location.

Although I didnt assess the rooms, the facility is definitely nice. One of my major highlights for the place is the security packages, fully under surveillance and it has a pool bar which is simply superb for relaxation. The categories of people seen at the hotel should definitely be a testimony of the kind of service they render. Lastly I must state how impressed I am by the car park with how much preference placed on the vehicles security and arrangement.

I stayed at this property for 2 weeks . The food and beverage service is pathetic . Expats shouldnt consider this hotel as they have Nigerian chefs with zero cooking experience of continental cuisines .Anything continental ordered from the menu was unavailable in the galley or restaurant.I wont recommend this property for expats

Joygate surpasses my expectations in the area of customer service and the cosiness of the facility. First off, I must commend the mgt for putting a quality team together from the gate to the reception down to the kitchen staff. It was the first time we would be holding a retreat on the mainland. Usually it was always on the Island. I am sure we were not disappointed. I commend Mercy for her warm demeanor. The choice of the team at the reception is superb; from looks down to mannerism. Great place, I tell you. Advice: pls continue to train and take good care of your staff. They will take care of your customers. The outside surrounding from the main gate needs to be cleaned more often. I observed wind blew debris closer the terrances.

Please do not stay here. It is very dirty and smells horrible, like dead animals. It is infested with flies and mosquitos everywhere. The staff are very horrible to American guests and your hotel room will be ransacked by the cleaning crew. I highly recommend you stay somewhere else.
