Always always fantastic to be here. Been here about 4 or 5 times now for conferences and courses.Great ambience for learning. Multiple rooms for parallel sessions. Quick response to logistic bottlenecks. Bright lights, good sound proofing and very clean bathrooms. The lunch buffet is a wonderful table set before you. The only thing - get yourself multiple layers of clothing because it gets quite cold at the Radisson Blu !!!!!

I and my family had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Very neat and comfortable rooms, with polite staff who promptly attend to all requests or issues. The hotel also ensures the security of all guests. A very lovely hotel! I look forward to staying there again soon.

Mine was a great experience. Superb ambience, grand furnishing. Entering, exiting and parking at the basement parking might not have been as smooth as it should be. I guess theres a bit of space constraint there.

I mean its Radisson Blu at Ikeja.Its now been renovated and it wears such a beautiful outlook.You cant have such stiff competition around you and not up your standards.As much as I love high end hotels, they always still have to do better with their Nigerian dishes because thats our export to the international market.Compared to the Radisson in VI, Ill give this one a 4 out of 5.

I was here for the dinner buffet.Nice array of food.Great choices nothing over the top or special.Food tastes okay, ambience is nice as it is really busy and packed with a number of people.For some reason the prawns came later than other meals. Only perceived it🥲

If youre a smoker, this is the place to be. Relaxed serene. Beautiful music rendition on Wednesday evenings. Grilled fish and barbecued beef, smoothie is not bad. The palm wine didnt taste very original (I guess thats business).

Great ambience. The meals at the buffet were well arrayed and garnished. However, the food taste wasnt as great as expected so my friends and I didnt bother going for more. The juice was really amazing though. The chocolate cupcake was nice too.

I visited cut steakhouse restaurant here, I didn’t lodge.The hotel looked really busy, full and open to everyone, although I went on a Sunday evening. Doubt I’ll want to lodge here though considering it’s not so private at the reception and on entering.The security officials also seemed very distracted and didn’t ensure Covid rules like you’d expect.Loved the pool side just beside the restaurant and the architectural work of the reception.

My wife and I had a very much needed relaxing break at Raddison Blu. We dined near the pool and had drinks and a wonderful meal. In the late evening with the pool lights and other dim lights it was quite romantic and a lovely evening. The server that took care of us was very friendly and pleasant. All and all he did a fairly good job. I dont know if he was new, drink order of rum and coke zero. He brought me a coke zero and glass of ice. May have been he didnt understand my inclination when I spoke. But he did a good job and I appreciated his efforts in taking care of us.

A definition of pure luxury from the spacious, beautifully decorated rooms to the sleek and beautiful bathroom; everything here screams comfort and luxury. The restaurant buffet is delicious although I think the options are a bit repetitive. The poolside is a delight especially at night with the blue waters. Located in a good spot with shopping malls and restaurants in the environ. The staff are very professional and always ready to help. My two weeks of stay here was completely satisfying. I love how they also made special provisions for us Muslims who were fasting and required earlier breakfast.

Updates:Shortly after this review was posted, we were contacted by the GM of the hotel who apologized to us for the treatment we received. He also ensured we got our refund the next day. We received a formal apology *email and we were assured that the reservation manager would face a formal disciplinary panel to investigate her unprofessional conduct and the fraudulent activities associated with making reservations and getting refunds. (I read other reviews, it appears that getting a refund has been a problem for others as well). We were also offered a complimentary stay for one night to make up for the inconveniences we were subjected to during our stay. We are satisfied with the resolution of this issue.

A beautiful hotel, you might miss your turn into the compound if you drive too fast on your first visit. Well ventilated, helpful staff and serene ambiance. Food is definitely great, you should try the buffet, The shrimp sauce with steamed vegetables hit the spot, and a galore of desserts to choose from, muffins, cakes, tarts and all. Definitely coming back.

I loved the cut steakhouse inside the Radisson . It seems like I was in an American steakhouse but better beef. Kudos to the chef, my kids loved the burgers and steak, they were on point not overcooked/dry.

Simple wonderful place to be...the buffet was excellent.

Not much of an option for vegetarians. Club Sandwich and coffee or beer .Chef is not interested to make a vegetarian option out of the available menu.I believe they want you to buy the buffet instead. The decor indoors is fascinating and modern. Outside near the pool , is just average overlooking Ikeja residential and greenery surrounding it.

Good quality but elegance and details of class are missing.Buffet service is substandard at staff does not provide collection of used plates etc nor provide adequate cutlery.For the high prices a moderate service although food quality good.

Talk about the Best hotel to lodge in Ikeja, dont think about any, just pick this Hotel but that if youre also ready to spend for your treatment. The best have seen in Ikeja so far, not only about the structure but about the quality of the services they render. Exquisite and delightful hotel for a damily get away. I loved and enjoyed every bit of my 2-night business trip stay!

Not what it is used be back in days when they first launched. Still has the lagoon view ambient, restaurant/buffet is still at its best. Room rates slightly more expensive with little improvement in the quality of rooms. Last room I was in smelt damp and I had to change room. Also, noise reduction is zero; people can hear your room conversation from the corridors.

The underground parking was very organized, COVID 19 and Gate security checks were professionally done and they had the most courteous staff I had ever witnessed. And the food? Out of this world!

One would not expect this to be a Radisson Blu. Not appearing from outside, the architecture being ordinary at best. Without having seen the rooms, one can assess that some effort is undertaken to maintain the interior without necessarily modernising it. The security protocol upon entry is rigid, service is nothing more than just okay. The buffet is of decent 3 star Hotel standard with the occasional fly humming by.

Fair rates with complimentary breakfast for one only. Good food service, small variety of Nigerian foods. Gorgeous lobby, few plug-in stations for laptop/ phone. Internet service available. Adequate security checks.Standard gym, free laundry of gym clothes. Swimming pool, international credit card service available. Bar and restaurant. Underground parking lot.

Blu Ikeja is one of my favorite place in Lagos mainland; well-trained staff, service is excellent with strict COVID-19 Protocols.The managers are genuinely pleasant and available to address any concerns. Great meals and more. Probably one of the cleanest hotels in Nigeria.I find Blu Ikeja comforting and calming after the madness of Lagos traffic.

Covid screening protocol is excellent. Lovely interior. Courteous staff. The meeting/conference rooms are lovely too. The female toilet on the first floor was clean, however, one of d doors has a broken bag hanger, another had the cubicles lighting out. The third toilet was in good state.

Lovely interior and exterior design.I like that they have a walk through sanitizing machine and have clearly labeled spots to stand in for physical distancing purposes.So its good to say the hotel is covid 19 compliant.Quite pricey by some standards but appropriately priced for the luxury.The service staff are nice and courteous and the place is kept extremely Clean.Nice Elevators available though not from the basement. The basement was quite stuffy.All in all. I liked the ambience!

These guys are good. Excellence is their watchword. You may have parking issues during their peak periods (Saturday evenings and Sunday mornings, I guess)
