Ibis Royale International is one of the best hotels along the MM Airport road. Nice place with lovely rooms and bathrooms. Sometimes customer service can act too stylish and proud but still they attend to you nonetheless.Although rooms are expensive but they give one of the best.Classy hotel π
I love this hotel and their space management. Theyre quite cool and most importantly the staff here are quite courteous and friendly. The buffet is also good and very nice. Love the interior and the whole design. Ill definitely recommend here for anyone that wants to stay within the airport environment
Im from USA and Im so safe Im blessed and treated like a queen. The staff is amazing. And so clean anything I need or want Is here. They provide cars to take u out and my driver stayed with me. I just cant say enough. I was gonna have to leave. But they worked with me and WOW they cared about me. And my safty. I just love them and WOW a huge feast for breakfast which is free thank you to all the wonderful staff

I am reading some of the comments and wondering if i am at the right place. This place is in a very very extremely bad state. The environment of my room is dull and so dirty, the window does not open for fresh morning air, inside the room feels so humid and definitely a problem for someone with allergies or any breathing underlying condition. The Wifi comes and goes, connecting Wifi to apple devices is a mission. The telephone is not wired properly and makes a serious hiss, then the stuff keeps saying they cant hear you properly.This was recommended as a quarantine hotel by the government and i am only on day 1 regretting ever being here. For the money they charge it is so not worth it and more of a health hazard than anything. The hallway smells bad, the carpet is beyond dirty. All TV channels are not clear and with showers. I have nothing against this Hotel but just sharing my honest opinion of the state of this Hotel. Please remember the photos donβt lie

Spent a short time here but I was impressed with what I saw during the shirt period. The reception area looks really good.
Extremely poor service levels and facilities such as lights, intercom telephone etc provided in the room were malfunctioning, which were not repaired or replaced even after repetitive requests and follow up for rectification. The behavior and mannerisms of the hotel staff is not suitable for hospitality industry, they are very dictative and dont care much about customer experience.
Very unprofessional hotel. I had book 2 days before but no room ready I have waited 30-40 minutes when finally I got room no towels inside room after inform to reception several times no towels received I used bedsheet clean after shower. even food ready after 1-2 hr after you order worst hotel ever in my 20 year experience.
Not a 3 star hotel, but I had to give them 3 star rating. Their rooms were small and clean (if you are lucky to get a room without roaches). Their corridors have this damp smell on the carpet. Very off putting. Their buffet (breakfast and dinner) was ok, although their meals are not flavoured, just the regular taste. They either need to employ new chefs or up their cooking game. The only sight of attraction for me was the outdoor space; the pool side and their garden. That is the only reason I rated them 3 stars.
Loved it... very comfortable room. Couldnt use my keycard for most of my stay, and the gym wasnt operational but Id definitely recommend if you proximity to the airport is a key factor for you
Poor managed. Unlike Other Ibis seen world wide. No proper communication from staff for my booking. No international calls available. No reply to mail. No record of booking available with hotel. I waited for 1 hour and went to another hotel. Totally disappointed to see such a poor condition in a well known bussiness hotel. Even their phone in reception was not working . Hotel premises also not well maintained

Relatively good hotel, most staff are friendly, some can be difficult like on the front counter. Good social distancing measures you get the individual tongs and spoon for serving yourself and tables are laid out individually as well which is good. Housekeeping staff are attentive and help when they can.Not really a hotel where you could stay long term.
Nice hotel that deserves 5 stars but I reduced the stars because of poor response from their kitchen to attend swiftly to calls .... honestly I wont advice anyone believe me ...am very disappointed to their kitchen room service @23rd July 19.20 hr ....nice reception ,good security ,best house keeping
Good buffet for a good price!
Hotel with average facilities.Just 15 minutes away from airport. However not suitable for people who have business in Victoria Island ( Business hub) due to its distance. Rooms are quite cramped , no cross ventilation in almost all rooms . Rooms service is okay.Internet is workable. Staffs are also okay .. corridors and rooms are carpeted. In nutshell you can chose it for short duration stay when you have your business around the airport .

The rooms are now as stuffy as imaginable. Poorly ventilated and you can see mildew and dirt in corners and crevices. Dont take the stairs, the walls, floor, and railings are an eyesore.Good food and food areas, with dedicated servers.
Beautiful and nice place to be....very closed to the airport in case one need to catch up with flight without being delayed by traffic.

Staff should be trained and more professional, reception need to be co-operative and bit respectful to customers and not display any attitude, Lunch can delay till evenings at times, any requirement need lot of reminders. Wifi is for name sake as it did not work for single minute in 7 days inspite of several calls. Sorry but not recommended as of now...
This Ibis hotel, does not follow worldwide standards. It seems it has never been renovated since 1980. Poor services for food & front desk. Dirty rugs and windows not clean. The TV is small with many unworking channels. Looking at the comments, any comments above 4* are probably fake or else they stayed at a different place.
Dont be deceived! This is not an IBIS! No wifi! No trained personnel! No customer care! No maintenance! Hygienic issues! Dont go! No value for money!!

Pathetic service. . No management at first place. Horrible service from the restaurant. It took them one hour to bring small ketchup to the room, 45 minutes for bringing plates. AND THE WORST PART of the stay is we were being served with MEAT WHERE WE ORDERED VEGETABLE BIRYANI. (Being Pure vegetarian)...Despite of clearly written , they did such a big mistake. Service is really really really slow. I would rather stay on road than in ibis hotel. Please avoid, if you dont want yourself in frustrating situation. PLEASE AVOID.

Poor cuisine, poor hospitality, poor wifi, No options in vegetarian food, rude staff, no tooth kit or body lotion, Intercom not working.As Iβve been quarantined here because other hotel was full they didnβt had our rooms ready so have to wait for 1 hours then as we are vegetarian so they donβt have options in veg food and even after charging for 3 time meal they are not arranging any veg food for us even we have kids with us but they said we can ask our family or friends to drop food here and they refuse to refund the money we paid for food. As we are quarantined so we canβt go outside the room and my intercom is not working so canβt even call the reception if i need anything.Iβll definitely not recommend this Hotel to any of my friends.

The hotel has lost its glory! The rooms are damp, the rug on the corridors are dirty and smelly with patches of dried dirty water, the room doors were all down and all guest had to wait for the porter to use the master key to open their rooms one after the other every time you leave the room and want to go back inside.The rooms are small with a 17 inch monitor mounted on the walls as TV! That sucks! The POP in the toilet ceiling is soaked with water and dirty.Summariy the hotel needs serious overhauling to bring it back to its old glory. The food served in the restaurant and the regular functioning of the gen for steady power were about the only things that made sense in the hotel.

A nice place π with a moderate price
They did not have beef for hamburgers for the week I stayed there..did not have beef fillet, ran out of orange juice, ran out of tobasco, ran out of lettuce for salad, breakfast was cold and aufull... room sercice takes 90 minutes and I had to go down to ask for my food, carpets are old and ripped.. Dont think the had 75% of food on the menu etc etc... Will try my best never to stay there again...

Comfortable bed nice staff but the mould on the ceiling in the corridor leaves a bad smell in the rooms thanks to air conditioning. My room. overlooked a privatw property that was not a sight for sore eyes.
Hotel donβt have veg option and pathetic service my personal opinion donβt book that hotel same I request to Nigeria immigration department pls remove that hotel from list because we are paying huge money for quarantine.

IBIS management seriously needs to look @ this hotel and the way of management/hospitality. Stay experience of this hotel overpowered the good image and treatment I had received at Ibis hotels in various other countries. Let me list out the flaws/ experiences.I stayed here for 7 days for mandatory quarantine by govt approved hotel and maybe the reason for ill-treatment.1) Staff is rude to the extremities, especially girls @ reception. they have no sense of customer service at all and misleading them with wrong info and are lethargic in getting a resolution of customer queries/problems. (When I wanted to see the duty manager, they started laughing and call the bartender posing him as in charge; when I asked them to give me the name of the manager to another lady, she gave me a name with an unknown script).all previous reviews about staff are 100% correct; please avoid this hotel if you selecting as Ibis brand.2) Rooms werent cleaned (see the attached photos are self-explanatory which taken at time of arrival).3) Dirty linen which is quite old and with a unique odour (of course not the pleasant one)4) No toiletries/towels in the bathroom at the time of check-in, though I was lucky enough to receive it after 2 hours which is cheap/disposable plastic cup+ soap+ shampoo). Again full marks for unhygienic, stained and dirtiness which is due to random cleaning, I guess once in a month at the best.5) WiFi service is for namesake, I am writing this review with mobile internet. If you are lucky you can get hooked on to wifi with the limited speed with intermittent data transfer. the issue is not resolved so far.6) Restaurant is best in the worst category, no one picks up call for hours when seeking reception Assitance answer is people are busy in making food & delivering. I have had 4 meals so far and none came as per order and moreover waiting of 2 to 3 hrs post order is standard and they pay no heed to follow up. (100$ award for hunting vegetables in vegetable pizza, refer to attached photo). 100% marks for the kitchen & stewards for having same pitilessness as of reception team.This can be much long review but would like to curtail with the closing remark that folk, this is not standard Ibis hotel around the globe we seen it more like a youth hostel / modified dormitory or kinda cheap motel along the freeway (where they knew the customer will not appear again for sure).*Please avoid it*, If you are one of many people @airport are being forced to take this hotel for institutional quarantine which #NITP #NCDC stipulates, please carry your own food, linen and wifi router as there wont be anyone to hear or help you from hotel staff and you will be at mercy of god.God bless you; in case you end up here after reading all this.Thanks,Hiren
Beautiful hotel, their hospitality is awesome.
Visited this place once and i enjoyed every bit of it. From the rooms to the outdoor and a reception that is truly a welcome spot. Located just by the road and easy to locate, prices are affordable and room service is top notch. A visit I still want to repeat when next Iβm off work.
A bit of delay despite paying online via 3rd party booking service, but when settled provided quality service, regular cleaning was taking place. Good place overall

No internet, staff service is totally poor, no one to listen the problems of guest.My room phone was not working, aftee making much of complaints they repaired it but it again got spoiled.Food quality is like πIf you want to have good time than dont make mistake of staying in this hotel.I asked the housekeeping to change my bedsheet but instead of doing so, he handed me over the bedsheet and asked me to change it myself.

Ibis is a beautiful hotel with very warm staff and an inviting environment.The air conditioning is reall top notch and quite frankly second to none.The only little flaws are with the wifi which is kinda slow in some areas especially rooms and then the food sometimes tasted bland while other times it was really good.Highly Recommended if youre looking for a cozy bed, a nice hot shower and a beautiful swimming to jump in and mingle.
