Worst place to be.. Their idea of hospitality is backward. Don’t waste your time there. They ask you for deposit of 4K, and when u want to leave they bring up an excuse to hold your refundable deposit. Receptionist error, untrained staffs. Every workers begs for tips.All this reviews of good service, are paid to hype the place. We know all this.

Only spent time at the outdoor bar not the lodgings. Its really spacious and comfortable. Theres no music tho. No band or even a DJ. Also observed the time it takes for service delivery is atrocious. Every single thing we ordered was delivered much later than was expected. I dont know if this is a usual flaw or it was simply peculiar to that night. If I ever decide to let my hair down with a drink or two, some nice roasted fish, suya e.t.c. and I go there then Ill update the rating.

The customer service was very poor! First there was no one at the front desk, only a man named Solomon was there and he was quite rude. Your staff needs to be trained on how to attend to your clients. The decor was good. However there seem to be some things missing. For example there was no towel In the room rented after paying over fifteen thousand naira. I found that appalling. Also your staff came up to our room to tell us that the key to the door costs 45,000 and told us (adults) not to misplace it. Pls improve where necessary. Thanks.

This was the first hotel have ever been that we tell a photographer that was booked to cover a weddings not to snap any pictures in the compound...taking pictures is forbidden😓😓😓 very annoying..So If youre an intending couple or photographer to dont go to Pinkron Hotel for pre-wedding, or any shoot oo..

They need to get good cooks if they really plan on making their clients only buy food from their kitchen...every other thing is not bad

An okay place,regular sized rooms,a decent swimming pool,open air bar and grill and a sorta okay ambience. If youre looking for a cosy and decent place to stay while in the Jakande area then this is one of the decent places to lodge.

The hotel was fine but the customer service response was poor and issue resolution was slow. I gave 2 star because the accommodation was fine
