We didnt stay here, we simply came by to inquire prior to booking (we didnt book after seeing it). At first it appears cozy, but it truly is too small (reception area, hotel room, parking lot). However, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It appears to be pretty secure, due to being in a gated community. It appears not much thru traffic is allowed in after 10pm to the community, so be aware of that. Id recommend this for those who simply want an affordable place to lay their heads. Wouldnt recommend for couples or large families.

Right from the entrance, the trees are welcoming and kept clean alwaysCustomer service was exceptional, at first their food was a bit off but it improved when we complained and they had to change their chef, overall our stay as a team here was fantabulous.

Is a nice place to lodge. It has swimming pool and bar. The interior and exterior outlook is modern.

Very comfortable place and truly a home away from home, I was surprised that the negative review I read by a dissatisfied guest turned out untrue. The light skinned lady supervisor (JENNIFER) was wonderful. she helped to carry my luggage, took me on a tour round the hotel, made my family feel at home. she needs to be appraised highly.the food was wonderful. i recommend this place a thousand times more to anyone looking to check in. staff was too good. the front desk officer (Eunice) was also nice to my family.

Lovely hotel in a serene environment

Its a calm and serene environment which could be well suited for a short let apartment. Rooms are well organized and air conditioned with a very beautiful plan on the ground floor. Staff are courteous and will gladly show you around.

Rooms are well priced (not too costly). Food is really good, well prepared, presented and priced. The poolside is private and the service is responsive. Hot and cold water, air conditioning and electricity and available all round and on demand.

That the hotel is on renovation, they have not check him in before telling him all this nonsense.When they knew all this things are going on, why didn’t they inform there customer before booking. Lovely rooms in a quite estate

Crystal court is a beautiful facility - lavish, electrifying and classy. Not too conspicuous looking at it from the outside. But you will surely be welcomed with the Green Environment for lovers of nature. It has limited car space not in anyway designed for people with disability but there are always a spare space to do your parking. The entry is accessible but the corridor is somewhat average. But the rooms welcomes you to comfort and luxury. At that cost! Thats affordable.

Laid up here for about a month and I can say its a reasonable boutique hotel. 2 things keep me coming back to any hotel, the room design and comfort and the food. Crystal definitely had the design part, I Loved the floral design theme of the building that gives you a close to nature feel, Relaxing neighbourhood and close to excellent service. If you want a place to quietly chill out with value for money, crystal court Lekki is your spoil. Thanks Mr Obi

My children and I spent 4 nights in the 2 bedroom apartment. It was a fantastic experience. Very nice, friendly and professional staff. Neat and beautiful environment.Looking forward to another visit.

Not a great place at all... Horrible experience all through.I had gone over to view the place prior to booking 2 separate 3 bedroom duplexes for a 15 day stay over Christmas for 2 families. The situation of both duplexes were not ideal at the time as they needed significant repairs. The walls were very unkempt requiring a lot of plastering and painting to get it to a rent-able state. It was generally very smelly and looked untidy. The kitchen had some leaks as there was water all over the floor. Despite this, the lure of the location and the potential of the venue once the face-lift was done was endearing.On the promise the renovation would be done, we went ahead and booked the 2 three bedroom duplexes for 15 days over the Christmas break.Big Mistake!Upon arrival, everything looked good. The duplexes looked clean on face value, but thats where it stopped. Nothing worked. The air-conditioners broke down on a daily basis. There was no refrigerator or microwave. When you ask them for it, theyd have to go lift one from another room / apartment to bring over. It took 3 days to get a refrigerator and 2 days for a microwave. There was no gas for the gas cooker. We had to wait 3 days to get this delivered, and even after it was delivered, it did not work for another 2 days. There was a massive gas leak at some point and we had to beg them to remove the gas out of the apartment for our own safety. The gas engineer came over, tried fixing it, and suggested that it had now been fixed so the only way to test it was to light it up. This despite the fact the smell of gas in the apartment made staying inside it almost impossible. Light a match and we all go up in flames.The air-conditioners were a nightmare. After constantly reaching out to have our air-conditioners fixed, we gave up, and requested for a fan instead. After the first night of using the fan, we had to ask for another room / apartment with a working AC, which meant we had to leave the kids in the duplex overnight, whilst we want to sleep in another room. Thankfully, we had a nanny who could stay with them overnight.On one such night we spent in the separate apartment, we were startled in bed when a metal casing for the AC fell down in the middle of the night. Same issue, different flatWe were provided with internet access, but dont even try to use it. It only works in the reception area. Signal strength is extremely poor inside the duplexes.We were told breakfast was included as part of the package, but we were refused this as they said we got a discount price. This despite us not being able to use any catering facilities in our room as we had no working fridge, freezer, microwave or cooker.DSTV - there was no digital TV access despite this being included as part of the package. Again, when we asked, they said theyd activate it initially, but that wed have to wait until after boxing day. Eventually, on boxing day, they advised we activate it ourselves. After much discussions, we finally went over to the DSTV office and activated it. Only to then be told that the digital antennae into the back of the TVs are faulty. That took another 2 days to get an engineer to fix, all this time, our DSTV subscriptions, paid for by us, was running down.Overall, the staff tried a lot for us as they were always sympathetic to our plight and tried their best to fix the issues. They seemed aware of the underlying issues in the hotel which is to do with the lack of investment. None of the issues we raised were a surprise to them.The owner is also aware of the challenges, but always demonstrated an acute lake of empathy or willingness to even want to make the place better.I might have suggested that maybe we were unlucky with the duplex we were given, but the challenges were exactly the same for both duplexes. Infact, for the other duplex, there was a very large hole on the wall which seemed to have been covered by a wall painting which had now been borrowed to another apartmentNEVER EVER BOOK THIS PLACE. IT MADE OUR CHRISTMAS HELL!!!
