I stayed nine days in the hotel for a training we had. The staff of the hotel are so friendly and courteous. They are always ready to attend to you . The place is like a family house. The food and drinks very good. Over all, the neatness of the hotel is waow! I will recommend the place again and again.

I cant say enough about this place. If you are traveling on a budget, this is the place for you. Super comfy room, nice bathroom, courteous staff, and quiet. The food wasnt great though, but I really needed a budget place to stay that was comfortable and this was a great place. Ill stay there again the next time I need a hotel in Lagos. I recommend!

My friend and I were in room 120 on Saturday (25th September) and checked out on Sunday. It rained on Saturday and the bathroom started leaking in at least 2 points. The toilet wont flush just once. The least it would flush properly was twice. These issues need to be rectified and quickly too.Beyond these two issues, I think MSquare Hotel would have been a nice place to visit.

A very conducive environment for lodging, leisure and events.Well attended to from the Security at the entrance to the receptionists followed by the bar attendants.They have a very pleasant and quiet bar that can be used for small get together, birthday or any small event.Theres an over 15 feet well kept swimming pool right behind the bar.

This is a nice and tastefully decorated hotel in Ikeja, Lagos; beautifully art works gracing the walls, even in the rooms.The rooms are neat and painted in such relaxing muted tones. I absolutely loved it. Although it seemed the hotel was short staffed, the customer service was great.One issue I had was the fact that their culinary offerings on paper didnt match what they had in reality. The hotel should address this.

Needed a change of environment so wifey and I spent a weekend here. That was after looking up a few other hotels in the Ikeja/GRA. Easy choice for us as customer service was great, pool was decent although small (land is expensive in GRA) and food was excellent all through except for one oversalted piece of chicken (forgivable error). Overall, it was a restful and pleasant weekend.

Quiet and affordable. Liked the ambience. Well mannered staff. The wifii didnt work at all though they kept saying it was on. Maybe thats part of Lagos sense, I dont know! But it was quiet enough for me to work at anyways.

I visited this hotel for a business meeting and my business partner offered me breakfast that I couldnt reject because it reminded me of home 🥰.The moi moi was so sweet. It had fish and egg in it 🤤 then the Pap (Akamu) was fresh. I crowned my Pap with peak milk.. you can only imagine how it ended😍😍😍.Im sure its a good hotel.They had WiFi for the guests and I love that because i had access to the network while we had the meeting.

The hotel is a small boutique hotel located in Ikeja GRA with beautiful rooms, a pool, nice restaurant and very pleasant staff. The location is a quiet place without much traffic and secure. However the road in front of the hotel is very bad and gets easily flooded

This hotel is a hidden treasure in Lagos. I never knew this hotel existed until a family member took me there. The front desk was excellent, the staff were very friendly and welcoming and the rooms were very neat, though not big but had enough space and very comfortable. The first room we were given didnt have a working A/C but they changed it immediately. Also, they provided free Wifi which actually worked (unlike most hotels).They have a restaurant that provides complimentary breakfast every morning and the food is beyond tasty. I tasted stew, chicken , porridge, egg sauce in a manner I hadnt before.Most of all, the rooms are totally affordable for the level of service and comfort provided. Its an amazing place to be and Ill definitely be staying here again whenever I go back to Lagos.N/B: I forgot to mention that the road leading to the hotel is bad but drivable, even for low vehicles.

Well its a nice place, clean, descent but when its rain there is flood everywhere . the frontage is filled with water, bad street and entrance. The management should do something about this because I cant stand putting my feet inside a dirty water. Am a massage therapist and its difficult to see my client that book in this place during rain which am not happy about.

The staff were awesome! Miss Funke the operations manager was welcoming & attentive to guests also.If Not for the bad road, I will give a five star.

Breakfast is limited. Not always what menu says. Sugar for coffee and tea is limited to one pkg=2 tsp. Always ask for more. Several mornings no bread for toast. A customer cant have both jelly and butter. Sometimes no butter on toast. Staff is cordial and professional. Recently celebrated customer service week.

MSquare is a fine hotel though its hidden. The road leading to the hotel should be repaired so peoples cars can easily go through it.Breakfast and dinner were tasty but I disliked how they were being rationed. I didnt want to eat anything but take only apples and I was told I could take only one apple. I took two. The meals were always quick to finish not because there were so many people really, but just not much. I guess the cooks did this to avoid food wastage, but waiting for extra food to be prepared especially during breakfast, was time wastage on peoples busy morning schedules.My room was great and I liked that there was a music channel to listen to, its not easy finding music channels in hotels.My room was clean, there was a particular lady at the service counter, front desk actually and she was super nice! Really really nice! And so were the other staff.

I stayed at this hotel in April 2919 with my family , it is a very nice experience and we had fun. The hotel is neat , the customers service is great, very calm area with good security. Will Definitely come back!

Been to a quite a number of hotels in Lagos but when it comes to service and hospitality,Msquare stands out.. Its Located in a very quiet, serene neighborhood in ikeja, not so far from cubana and The Place... As i stated in the Beginning, their hospitality is 5star(in my rating compared to what I have gotten so far in most places I have been... Prompt response, neat looking and cultured staff among others) and it is evident that the management know what they are doing (kudos)... The have rooms at the rate of 15000naira upward with a Complimentary breakfast.. Lodged there 3 times now and still my favorite go-to for a nice get away.... What more can I say, I recommend

Wonderful place, neat and tidy. Great conference room with stable light supply. Had delicious snacks, freshly baked. The bar however had very expensive drinks.

Good budget for accommodation. Rooms were cleaned daily, sheets were changed when needed, towels were given whenever we asked. The pool was clean. We were always the only ones swimming. The staff were extraordinarily nice! I gave it 4 stars because there were problems with the wifi. Although, they fixed it right away whenever I called them. Also, breakfast was good, but after 2 days of eating similar dishes, I wanted something else. They served yam/rice/pasta, fish or chicken, cereal, tea or milk, fried plantain, roll or croissant, and fruits. We had to pay additional N2000 for breakfast because only 1 person was free. They have a bar with a huge tv so it was also nice to chill there. They also have a driver for additional cost when needed. We’ve stayed at 3 different hotels in this area and this one was the best so far.
