The food is really nice... a bit pricey though, staffs are very polite. The ac and water heater worked just fine.The building is a bit old, needs proper renovation.Sheets were old too.The building needs to be fumigated, there were mosquitoes and ants.

This is a terrible place Pls avoid staying here.. Dirty Linen, Smelling bathroom, you cant even tell where water is coming out from the shower hand.. Ac not working, used room amenities, soaked Tissue paper , very dirty walls bed bugs everywhere ... I really regret my one night stay here it was hell .....I will recommend over all Maintainance here and overhaul change of linen... nothing worth staying for here ...

You walk into the lift and you are greeted by weed, Indian hemp.. the staffs are so rude and improperly dressed. Why would a female wear a transparent leggings under a short top. Receptionist for that matter. Quality of service is low compared to ambience

Its a good place but requires a lot on improvement on services right from the reception.

Hotel staff are friendly and quite welcoming. However the management of this place could do better by investing a bit more in maintenance of their facilities. My last two visits were similar. Faulty showers, faulty air conditioning, faulty power supply, if you say your hotel is non smoking then it should be just that. Price is fair enough though

Though it is a very nice edifice, but despite the huge lodging fee there is no breakfast attached, very poor reception, even when you order anything it will take extra effort after more than 2hrs before you can be attended to, no WiFi, no packing space, poor meal and expensive.

Space constraint is an issue. Ordered for food and it got delayed for over 30mins after the time I was told it would be ready. It will be nice if service and customer Service is beefed up.

The food is so so.., rooms are kinda cozy, cool sha.., nice beds. Little parking space. Tiny reception room. They surprisingly, have a lift to take you upstairs.

Great customer service and relations

The sheets were so dirty as well as the shower. Then when orders were placed for meals, the lady who served said there was no change until she was pressured. Theres nothing wrong in tipping, but not when someone is being smart

An ok hotel. Its by the road so if your room is on that wing, you hear all the noises from cars and pedestrians. The Hotel only has basic amenities, but its beautiful. Price is affordable.

Clean but dirty or outdated sheets,,, no bathroom rug or doormat.... Shower is broken,,,, air condition makes alot of noise

Lakeem Suites agboyin is averagely ok. The AC in all the rooms are working very well. Its also averagely priced. The staff customer service is above average. The security here is good. They serve good local dishes here that taste great. They also have some drinks to choose from. The location in surulere is quite good with good views. The have uninterrupted power supply too.

A moderate sized hotel off Adelabu, surulere. Parking space is limited, restaurant is ridiculously small and food took too long. Nice rooftop outdoor restaurant/bar but exposed to the rain. Staff were polite.

Lakeem Suites is one of the underrated hotels around Surulere metropolis. The place can stand side by side with most highly rated hotels on the Island and in Ikeja.Lakeem Suites is an upscale place, hence the room rates are somehow above the pocket friendly level. The rooms are of high standards and properly maintained. The services from the staff are top notch and quite commendable.The only snag with Lakeem Suites is space. Surulere is already a cramped place so the hotel does not have the usual extra space (for car park, swimming pool etc). This is probably why the owners maximized the use of space by constructing the open bar at the rooftop.The open bar is on the 3rd floor and it offers an awesome view of the environment.Even though the building is just 4 floors, there is a lift to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. Such a facility is most usually found in hotels that go up above 6 floors.I would recommend Lakeem Suites for people.
