Nice and clean environment but too noisy. The noise coming from the bar/sit out prevented guests from sleeping. Not a great place to lodge at the weekend if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet place

Really nice place for a hotel in Festac. The hotel has a pool an indoor resto bar and outdoor bar. It is chic and sweet to chill and or work from during the weekdays. Might dent the pocket a little compared to similar spots within Festac.

Beautiful exterior, premium and aesthetics interior fixtures and features. Responsive staff and complimentary breakfast.

Its a good place to relax and work.

Nice place. Hoping they get good management to maintain it for long. Tho the owner should have maximised the land he has. The hangout space is too small. But overall, it has a lovely ambience.

I highly recommend this hotel. It is well located and easily accessible. The hotel environment and room is very neat. The staff are friendly and professional. There is free Wifi in the hotel. When you book a room a password and user name is given to you. There was 24 hours light supply. Rooms come with complimentary breakfast. There was an option of moi moi with pap or quacker oat. The fridge and AC was chilling well. The rooms has morden hotel facilities. In the toilet section a shower cap, body cream, bath wash,soap,tissue were provided. The shower and hair dryer and heater was working. However, the only thing that was missing in the room was food menu. At first, I thought there was no restaurant in the hotel.The bar and restaurant section is beautiful and Conducive for a meeting with a guest you dont wish to enter your room.An excellent hotel, it comes highly recommended.

Smart spot. Brand new... dripping hot. Nice stuff... put together in one... a bit pressed for space, avalanche of parking lot though... recommended, if youre looking for a cool spot to chill in 6th Avenue FESTAC Town. Portable pool, gym, lounge & rooms... everything portable though but exquisite. Try it... smart staff too - you know what I mean - SMART. Cheapest rm at abt 18k... 20k... try it. I like the hair driers in the closets... Nice stuff.

Nice ambience at the indoor bar. The all ensuite rooms are to die for but I would advice the price is reviewed downwards.

Would be five star if they took care of the mosquitoes.
