Hotel Beatrix is a 1 star hotel located on Ijaoye street. Its easily accessible. Their services are fairly okay and for an emergency stay.

Currently less crowded. Would make a great me-time location. As there wont be noice and disturbance.Nice rooms, room service is top-notch too, AC, 23 hours power supply.Low budget, and very affordable.

Moderate for just a stop over for the night. Heavily infested with rats and also none of their AC works .

Reception - warm. A friend once lodged there.

Its okay. For a guys relaxation or getaway from home. But the ambience can be improved upon by fixing/repainting ceilings to make the rooms have a good appeal.

The hotel has a decent room with great customer Service and security. Since it has three floors it uses an elevator, Good water heating system and a visitors bench is added to the room.

Its okay and economical

If the rooms had a little more space and none of the roofs leaked during the rains, I could easily have given it three stars. But I noticed they keep renovating and restaffing, trying to look better. Just perhaps, theyve beaten my rating right about now.

Dirty rooms heavily infested with rats

The rooms are really small with no cross ventilation. I recommend for someone with a small budget looking for where to spend the night.Theres no Internet here and the network of most service providers is bad here. There are also mosquitoes and the heat is real whenever the generator goes off.A lot of undergraduate students were present during my visit and they made a lot of noise making it hard to sleep.

Its just a place to lay your head for the night. Tight rooms, noisy ACs, TV with no remote, scary looking bathrooms and doors that lock in a funny way. The worst Ive ever been in, but its really cheap 4,500

The Hotel workers are very friendly and humble. They respect and care for their guest. The room rates are moderate and affordable for low income earners, or for a person who want to cut some expenses in Lagos Jibowo and Ikorodu .

The place is clean and the workers are courteous.

I saw the prices of the rooms online. Says N3,150 for a single room for a night.I was going to retire there after an event.my instinct just kept tingling to Check out the hotel on my out and i did..its over twice that amount...And with reviews Ive been reading on here?not worth it.......
