The toilet are so bad, all the hotel was just smelling if indian hemp, the hotel management dont know how to caution the Yahoo boys lodging at their hotel, I dont suggest and guest to lodge overnight at that hotel.

Nice accommodation with a king sized bed, very comfortable place to stay. But they need to work on their customer relationship especially from the staff.

Staff training needed.Roaches in the rooms.No smoking sign everywhere but weed smoking in rooms.Restaurant is poor.They even refuse allowing guest to see manager or director for complaint.

Okay this hotel is just big for nothing.I upgrade from a standard room to the superior Double room, and it tell you its a rip off . Stayed a night, the water kept cutting off. There was a lot of yahoo looking guys around, and they were always in the hallway causing some sort of ruckus. The staff are ill mannered and ignorant. Woke up in the morning and requested for tea. The lady from the kitchen doesnt know what a tea bag is. She thinks all hot beverages is tea. She told me to wait an hour for someone to go get it. First she sent Nescafe coffee, then she sent milo chocolate powder. After calling back to tell her i wanted tea, she said we dont serve tea in this hotel when i asked what kind of hotel doesnt serve tea? She told me to call the manager and hung up. Wont be coming back ever.
