Great place for a quiet and private conversation. Equally good to hang out with friends. Excellent service. Visited for a nice place to meet up with a friend. They didn’t bill for jug of warm water and lemon slices - offered it as complimentary. I’ll be back.

Visited the restaurant and the service was poor and food was mediocre as well as overpriced. Our food took over an hour to arrive and we got the wrong order. We received no apologies from the waitress. Who insisted we were wrong despite both myself and my friend confirming she misheard.We had to leave and asked for a takeaway and were charged for the boxes!!! We had already waited over an hour for our meals and couldn’t wait any longer but were told we had to pay for takeaway boxes.Did I also mention the place was completely empty? I am perplexed as to why our food took so long. I’m going to assume that they had to kill the cow.The waitress was slow and aloof the entire time. Frankly, I’m not sure about any of the employees in the place as they treated the place like it was their personal living room. Walking around and screaming in the kitchen the entire time. It was rather bizarre.The entire time we were treated like a nuisance despite paying for our meals. I asked the waitress several times if the meal was gluten free and safe for some with a serious gluten intolerance to consume and she claimed it was. Guess what? It’s now 12 hours later and I’m on the floor in pain and will need to go to hospital.Awful place with poorly trained staff and overall terrible experience. 0/10. Would not recommend.

Nice and quiet place. Good for dates and meetings. The food was really nice and hot. Had their “Seafood Okra with Poundo Yam” and that’s the best Seafood okra I have had in Lagos so far. The cocktail was on point at well. Service was a bit slow but the staff were very polite and helpful. 😊✌🏾

The ambience is really OK. Its a cool place to hang out with friends. But the time for preparing food is just too long... And when the food comes, its below standard for the prices it commands.

Simple,classy,its a whole different kind of vibe and I like the ambiance,fun,laid-back,good house music,gooood food though the they lack consistency in availability of the kind of food you want in the sense that when you eat something nice today and go back for it tomorrow,chances are you will hear,sorry Ma/Sir we dont have it...the workers are very courteous and usually make it easy for you to choose something else with a smile.all in all I love my experience there and I have been a customer for 6yrs😊

So I got here and was told I couldn’t get into the Karaoke room cos I was on Palm Slipper! And shorts! So I could eat at your restaurant with shorts and palm slippers but can’t get into the karaoke room?If you coming here just put on Suit and Tie and Italian shoes cos they ain’t gonna let you in 😡

The hotel cafeteria is good. But it takes a while minimum 30minutes before your meal can be ready. Hotel rooms don’t have hot water but I think this depends on the room you stay and closeness to the boiler. Staff was trying to extort me some money because he was moving me from a room that smelled of toilet downstairs that cost 55,000 naira to a room that didn’t smell badly. Intercom wasn’t also working in the first room I was given hence you will have to come to the reception to make any request - imagine!!

It is discreet and beautiful. The food is nice too. Also a soothing hideout for top government officials. There is also a coded club inside too for the party people. I also love the coated groundnut mix that their restaurant serves while you wait for your food or drink order

I was told there are also nice hotel rooms.Good was good.But SERVICE was DISASTER (2 hours to get food and Sheesha!!, Confused waiters, blaming each other).The manager tried to rescue the situation by giving discount. Pls address the service issue...

There were roaches in the rooms the last time I was there.It used to be one of my favorite boutique hotels but the manager did a terrible job at handling the situation with my room infestation.

I paid for a room but later cancelled. Its been over 2 weeks and I havent gotten a refund even though they kept promising that they would send it back. Terrible!.PS: Today makes it 2 weeks since I cancelled my reservation, yet they havent made the refund.

Good food, good environment. Music is always in the right proportion so always a good place for meeting as the ambiance helps.Their impressive variety of both Nigerian and Continental dishes makes it easy for a wide range of people with different backgrounds to meet and eat their.The waiters are exceptionally courteous, friendly and professional but the food does take a while to come through so my advice is to order a long cocktail after you place your food order.Not tried their rooms so cant review that yet.

Pros1. Everything I ordered food wise was great especially the seafood okra!2. Nice hangout spot with the indoor and outdoor bar/restaurantCons1. Staff are incredibly rude and not trained in the most basic customer service. (One incident involved requesting a towel and after not getting one for an hour I went to shower anyway only to come out of my room and see the towel on my bed. Meaning someone entered the room while I was showering without my consent!)2. Slow service - basic noodles can take over an hour with one incident involving them admitting they had forgotten the order 1hr30mins later3. Rooms on the ground floor especially are not cleaned thoroughly4. Rooms infested with cockroaches and other insects to an unsettling degree (changed rooms 3 times)5. Rooms are extremely dark with barely any lighting and what is there is beyond dim

The serene environment is quite ideal for meetings and quiet moments. With soft music playing in the background, you are not unduly distracted by the noise around you. Great place. This is my first time here and I love it.

Fantastic ambience. Its a well thought out, well designed boutique hotel. Plus the food is quite decent as well. Though needs a little work. The service is outstanding. They always have managers on ground, paying attention to detail and managing would be likely errant staff.

This place is simply a great getaway.It has a very nice sit-out for guests and public, so you can receive and entertain visitors and still preserve your privacy.The food presentation is great... I took a picture of my last meal there.The room is spacious, and the bathroom too is almost a big room (its big). The tub could be improved on as it was slippery for me during a shower. The area is peaceful, the space in the compound - around the building isn’t that much, but you can tell the architect knew what he was doing.

Nice and somewhat quiet place to hang out in Lekki 1.. There is an outdoor patio/bar and an indoor restaurant. The service is largely okay, I absolutely love their Nigerian Breakfast..

I particularly like the cozy bar with some kind of culture sizzle to it. The receptionist is welcoming the front entrance is clean. I didnt use any of the rooms but Im hopeful it will be a lovely experience.

Well Angle Villa is lovely...good food and music. The New extension called cloud9 is not a nice place for ladies without a man to accompany them- the experience I had was sad and unfair.

Small boutique hotel on a once quiet street I Lekki, in close proximity to other places in Lekki, and the rooftop bar Mykonos on the roof has opened opposite it. Quaint, clean, well maintained facilities, well laid out rooms, an outdoor bar and indoor lounge with great food, drinks and shisha options. Friendly staff too. Id recommend this place for short stays and out of towners who dont mind having non-resident visitors trooping in

My friend and I stayed at this amazing hotel with all its amazing staff end of April 2018. The best way to sum up our experience is: Lagos was not on the travel list for 2019 BUT due to our stay at Angle Villa in April this year, we are looking into traveling back somewhere in 2019 and there is no doubt that Angle Villa is a must!. The level of detail and care... The attention to detail that the staff put into each and every guest stay is so amazing it is beyond my comprehension. I just soaked it all up and loved every second of being made to feel like I was someone important. I highly recommend having drinks at their chic, cozy, classy cigar lounge, CLOUD 9! - We had an amazing time every night we were there. The food was awesome considering, Im such a fussy one when it comes to food, I definitely enjoyed the food at both Angle Villa and Cloud 9. Needless to say I didnt for a second think I would find my favorite wine in Lagos - but to my surprise yeah, Cloud 9 stocks the amazing full bodied Fat bastard! Wine.. I was so impressed... Michael (I think his name is) at the hotel reception was just wow - this guy knows his business and really cares for his guest and ensures you have a WOW welcome and stay. He was most cheerful person i have met in a long time traveling Africa. I must also mention that Angle Villas housekeeping staff are TOP NOTCH! The level of care and cleanliness at Angle daily was beyond spectacular. I will without a doubt choose this hotel every time and I highly recommend anyone traveling to Lagos (Lekki) to make their way there. Keep up the amazing hospitality you showed us... We will be back and cant wait... MM

Strategically located as a place to hideout and have fun

I stayed at this lovely hotel during a short visit to Lagos. Everyone on staff was friendly and professional. My room was clean and nicely laid out, with cleaning services performed each day. The restaurant had a great variety of meals, and we had some excellent recommendations from our waitress about local Nigerian meals to eat there.

This is one of my favourite hang out spot.I am particularly impressed by the decent crowd which is sometimes garnished with a good dose of celebs.I cant get over the ambience, the subtle use of lights and make shift water fountain makes for a pleasing experience.The music here would allow you make a quiet conversation and the toilet facilities is very nice.The customer service here is great and polite. You can sense the desire to please with the way you are served.They have a very decent menu list with great cocktails and a great finger foods.Their food taste super great and the wine list spoils you with option. Of course you will get a great chilled bottle of beer here too.There is a sit-in area, although the outdoor area appeals easily to first time guest.Lest I forget, its actually an upscale hotel.Very nice! I like

So if you really want to chill, relax and just sit! Angle villa is the best place for you.The best place to hangout with friends, watch games and also they have great meals . I would recommend that you try the peppered snail.

There’s something about the soulful house music and twinkling lights that just makes this place one of my favourite places to hang out at in Lekki. Great architecture and design, super clean bathrooms! (a rarity in Lagos) and yummy food - make sure you try the creamy seafood tagliatelle.I have noticed however that over the years it’s gotten busier and busier and is starting to loose it’s secret hideaway vibes with steadily declining service (one of my last visits ended with a 2 hour wait for my food).I’ve heard they’ve just opened up a cigar lounge in the indoor restaurant space - I can only imagine this means the service in outdoor restaurant area won’t be getting any better.Still a firm favourite for me though but definitely only somewhere I go when I have time to wait and chill.

I spent my first evening at angle Villa watching a football game. He customer service is top notch and the environment is warm and serene. Theyve got a mini water fall that drops on the brand name In the outside bar and that compliments the environment. Angle Villa is a place to visit.

Liked the ambience, however food took 1hr to arrive, asun was just stewed goat meat, jolly rice was average, however my friend ordered the nkwobi and that was bomb..
