Used to be golden tulip hotel before it was changed to festival hotel, am thinking it was a franchise issue,golden tulip probably wasnt meeting up to its supposed standard. Maybe thats why the name was changed.now its more of long term accomodation than an actual hotel. But I still love how there interiors of certain rooms look like. But there is room for improving

Friendly staff and good ambience

Festival Mall is a very Big place, condusive, security conscious and beautiful..Definitely a place Id love to come back to.

This is one of the best at festac, prolly because of the shoprite there and the golden tulip hotel too....But nevertheless its a very nice place too

Electricity would randomly go off for hours ,taps and showers wouldn’t work, the food is not as good as what it showed ,the tap water looks dirty and the bed sheet has brown stains on it.

Really awesome
