Cleaner turned receptionist with bad attitude. Failed reservation. Cranky workers. Noisy environment.

Hotel Bel Ami is one of the best hotels around ijesha surulere axis, their Interior is quite impressive compare to any other hotels around that axis, their staffs are also quite warm and very neat looking

I did not get any service in this hotel, so, I cant really say much. It looks quite good from outside though.

I love inside of the hotel, except that it is stressful going up, no lift.. You have to use staircase.. And inside the rooms, the toilet is not clean... I dont like how the rooms doesnt excite me like other hotels, the bed gave me body pain, the bathroom wasnt clean. 🙄

The hotel has two branches, although located in an area where you wouldnt expect such comforts it proved to be an exception! With an inbuilt bar, 24 hr light supply( which is the main deal in Naija) large room space and top notch customer service including security. Loved it.

Nice place to stay, though the environment is noisy.... Room decor is great and room is spacious..... Staffs are nice and eagar to please.... There is little or no parking space.... Food is where I have a problem, though it is promptly delivered it is quite expensive and the quality is low Id rate the food as a 3/10

Not an hotel for me, rough neighbourhood, no space

First I was attracted by the name😊, I decided to walk around and found it nice though I already had a place to stay. It was more of sight seeing for me, I rated based on what I saw from the outside. Someday I will get to see their rooms and experience their services to tell more.

Its a normal hotel though a good one in that environment. Easy to locate. We use their hall for our church services.Customer service is basic and they can be annoying sometimes.
