Not so bad for an old hotel, fair maintenance/management. Best if you need to stay just a night to catch a bus early. Although really close to the road, the environment is fairly safe

The hotel has a good accessibility, the restaurant service is superb. The customer service is average. No accessibility for disabled and very limited car park.The facilities need to be put in place maintained. E.g toilet and showerNo provision for the air conditonal with generating set.

Horrible and dishonest transport service!! I boarded a bus from Lagos to Owerri and I was forced to alight at Asaba(midway). The driver asked me to find my way with a partial refund that was insufficient to take me to Owerri. My journey to owerri was so hectic. I am very disappointed in Efex Motors!

It is very peaceful. The staff are very courteous and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Its a beautiful place

I didnt go into the hotel as I went there to send a parcel to Asaba through their courier service. The environment was neat and there was no noise at 8.30am as I had expected since it also serves as a transport park. My goods were delivered in one piece.

The place is surrounded by suspicious looking people. No light. The generator was on but it doesnt carry the air conditioner. The rooms are untidy, poorly maintained. I do not recommend it at all.

This hotel is well positioned and offers budget accommodation. It is a modest place to stay especially because of its proximity to the Jibowu bus terminal and the Yaba market.But one has to put up with the noise especially from trains.

Worst hotel I have ever slept in. The rooms are so stuffy and unkempt. Air conditioners not functioning, their wash rooms are so dirty. Invariably they dont clean up after a guest checks out. The entire rooms are dirty with the properties inside. I barely could sleep the night before running out the next morning. In summary, its not worth 10% of the room rates. Pls find a better hotel that is worth your cash and relax

Located in a commercial nerve centre. If your goal is to find somewhere on the mainland to spend the night, while you need to be on the island the next morning, then this is for you.However, dont expect topnotch service.
