This is one of the best place to have a rest in yaba. Life and properties are safe, friendly staff, nice rooms for the budget. I didnt regret staying there for my exams in unilag. Very close to unilag.

It is the most horrrible place to stay. Expensive for nothing. They depend on our local power to work. If there’s no light in the neighborhood, u wil be stuck there. mosquitoes in all the rooms . Sleeping nd going out in the morning with sickness. Rubbish place to stay. Other 5k hotels are even better than the place.
